The screened-in porch overlooks the host's two seasonal cottages directly across the road on Elm Beach. Cottage #2 is to the right/north of this cottage. Each cottage has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

What we love most about our cottage on Skaneateles Lake is the flat, walk out yard leading to the lake. Also unique for a home on the West side of the lake is that our view actually faces North! This means we have sun as well as shade and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Our 100 years old cottage is nestled in the woods and accessible only by crossing a footbridge. You then walk down a tree lined path that leads straight to the crystal clear waters of Skaneateles Lake! See you soon!
