place was clean upon arrival ,very cute place enjoyed the complimentary coffee and oatmeal and waters that were provided,the host messaged me the next morning after check in to see if we needed anything would stay here again.

Clean room, convenient location, and what a deal. I’d definitely stay again. Loved the fire pit at night.

Loved our stay! Marcia was great, location is perfect to town with a beautiful view off the front porch of the woods. Marcia was flexible with us on all our needs and very pleasant to talk with. Place was very clean and well kept, and great parking too. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

My husband, myself, and our little girl came for a little vacay to get away from life and spend remote time with each other. This place was absolutely beautiful & gorgeous. We loved how excluded this property was and really just everything about it! The drive had our little girl giggling because of how rocky it was back and forth to the house. Overall would 100% recommend!

Colleen was the best host!! She had super-thoughtful amenities ~ a white noise machine, heated toilet seat with a light, magnifying mirror... it's the little things that make a place great!! Thank you, Colleen, for your helpfulness and thoughtfulness!

Probably my favorite AirBNB property ever. Modern and clean with every consideration to a comfortable stay. Convenient to attractions nearby but so peaceful and private. Would love to have the cleanliness and coziness of this property every time I book!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Elk Street Cottage. The house was vintage and lovely. There was plenty of room for the four of us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Appreciate the fact that the thermostat was easy to use (they aren’t always)! We lounged in the spacious living room since it was rainy most of one day. The location was perfect, as our event was at the nearby Crescent Hotel. George was an attentive host and responded in a timely manner when texted, which was not often, as everything went smoothly! We’ll stay again when our next relatives are married in Eureka Springs!

Quiet and clean place. Had an enjoyable stay.

Valorie was amazingly helpful and friendly. The view from her place is amazing with lots of wildlife. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus since it did rain while we were there. I would recommend Valorie's home to anyone going to Northern Arkansas!

It was a great stay! They thought of the little things for their guests - like shampoo and conditioner, first aid kid, extra toiletries that people may have forgotten. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone going to Eureka Springs. We walked the main st from our place!

This was a really great space. The hottubs and firepits were a great addition. This is a really great renovation of an older building. Everything was excellent and we could walk pretty much everywhwere. The host communicated everything in advance and during our stay. There were no issues so we did not need to contact the host. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! I was worried when I saw the rooms had a new owner. We always stay here during our last four annual trips, and everything was just as awesome as always!

Loved this place and how secluded it felt even though we were right in the middle of all the shops! So nice to be able to walk to so many cool stores and eateries! The host had everything we could need! Would definitely book again!

Attention to detail is the perfect way to describe this place. My husband and I stay at Airbnb's often and really appreciated how well this one was remodeled. High shower head (for tall guys), extra concrete around the base of the hot tub (making it easy to get around), robes for wearing to the hot tub and plenty of towels. The bed is firm, but my husband and I slept well, so not too firm for us. Another reviewer mentioned hearing people enter and exit the building, while I did hear the door a few times it was not often and the entire building was at capacity. The door is at the bottom of a stairwell so it was not an issue for us. Would highly recommend.
