This Puerto Rico Airbnb is great! Very convenient location. Centrally located to everything you need. 10mins to the airport, close to San Juan, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The place is very big, just as the pictures. Very clean. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

Such a lovely place to stay - centrally located and picturesque. Loved the courtyard, rooftop, smart TVs and well-equipped kitchen. The nightlife is lively nearby. Would stay there again for sure.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Puerto Rico! Luquillo is a great walkable town with lots to do, the location is great and easy to get to neighboring towns and activities in the area!

Really enjoyed this place. Nice and clean

Our group had an absolutely excellent stay at this Airbnb for my husband’s 50th birthday. Everything was seamless and welcoming. The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The two joined units were really great for our group to lounge, have a quick cup of coffee and get some breakfast and have snacks close. Our friends really liked that each bedroom had its own ac unit and another one in each living space. We stayed in the Maui unit just to sleep and get ready, but it was still spacious. The outdoor area was our favorite. We spent a lot of time during the morning and early afternoon hanging out there. There was plenty of seating for all of us to be near each other. Francheska was a great hostess. Very responsive. All instructions about getting in and out were clear. The location was good. Easy to walk to the beach. The grocery store steps away. Super convenient to get drinks/food/snacks.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

We were a group of 8 and we had so much fun in the house, it was cleaned, it had everything, all you have to bring is your clothes, the pool and the backyard was very fun, lots of supplies, the ac's were on point, and Marisol the host was the best, very helpful, quick response, thank you for making our stay a great experience, I would definitely stay in this house again.

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

Our li'l fam very much enjoyed our stay at Jonathan and Monica's cozy and relaxing place because it was exactly what we were looking for. Instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room with a possible pool many floors away, everything we needed was right there. Rainforest hikes, beautiful beaches, local restaurants, city sightseeing, and more all short drives away, but we were perfectly happy hanging at their place without too busy of an agenda. This would be a great place not just for a family, but a group of friends as well. We highly recommend staying here as it was a big factor for such a fun, relaxing vacation.

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

Pablo’s place was perfect for our group of 10! Super clean, spacious, and in a safe neighborhood with regular security patrols. Pablo checked in and gave great local tips. No complaints at all—highly recommend staying at Pablo and Talia’s place if you’re heading to San Juan!

My family had a great time here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 7). The place is very clean! It's a gated community and the 24/7 security guard made us feel very safe here. Marylin was very responsive and gave us some recommendations on places to eat. The beach supplies were very useful (beach towels, beach toys, chairs and wagon). Washer/dryer was nice to have and laundry detergent was provided. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots, cooking utensils and coffee! The only thing we didn't have was salt/pepper but I used the ones I got from takeout food. Would definately stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

The home is in a great location with stores close by and a few minutes away from the Luquillo Kiosks.

We had a great stay in Ricardo's home during our trip. We are working professionals and was able to work remotely with no connection issues and always had power. Ricardo is very attentive and addressed any concerns we had immediately. We would gladly stay with Ricardo again.

My friends and I came here for spring break, we were a group of 10 and the Airbnb was a comfortable stay. Brian was very helpful and anytime we needed something, he would immediately respond. It was a short walk to the beach (a great spot to watch sunrise) and was also next to many grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Christina and Ramon's house. Christina thinks of everything and the house is clean and very well stocked! She even has Downy scent boosters! The house has gated parking included, which is rare. The house also has a generator, which was amazing when there was an island wide power outage. The house is close to two great beaches and she gave us same great recommendations. The kids loved the pool! The only thing that I didn't realize, which is my fault is that one of the bedrooms (with a full bed) was downstairs and my daughter did not want to sleep downstairs by herself. I was worried about the proximity to the airport but we barely heard the planes and they did not impact our stay at all! I would highly recommednd staying here!

This place is a hidden gem…. I love it so so much from the privacy the home offers to the neighbors being so friendly… felt like home away from home…. Luquillo kiosk only 8 mins away amazing time to have drinks and food…. Down the street by our air bnb coconuts and pinchos $4 bucks amazing experience

Juan and Jerymar were excellent and responsive hosts during our stay in Puerto Rico. Many of the amenities they had came handy on our trip especially for the beach (beach towels, chairs, tent, cooler). The rooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5) were more than enough space to accommodate the five of us. The pool in the back was a nice touch to cool off at the end of a day of festivities. It was also nice having a dedicated parking space for peace of mind. One issue was the sound of roosters next door (which may just be an Island norm tbh but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds). Also, the linens (shower curtains/sheets) could use some upgrading. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I think this is a great location if you want to be away from busier areas and would like privacy. Not a lot to do in the area. For reference it’s 7 min to casa Bacardi, 25 min to the airport SJU and about 27 min from Old San Juan. I highly recommend a rental car for convenience.

Elizabeth was a great host. She's very responsive and gave great recommendations for local beaches. Her instructions on how to get to the location are very accurate and helpful. The location is in a great area, very quiet and very safe. We had a small issue that was fixed within an hour.
