I stayed here for eastern was a wonderful place. We had several places nearby to visit. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area of Sacramento

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

Comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance for city center. Clean. The host is a helpful and reliable communicator.

Beautiful stay and location. Walked to local parks and was an easy stroll to the Golden1 Center for a Kings game.

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

Iris is very responsive and friendly. Iris will do as much as she can to make your stay comfortable for you and your family. We loved our month long stay at Monica's and would definitely consider staying there again when we are in the area! Monica's home is roomy and well appointed. Sofa was comfortable and the beds were comfortable too. Plenty of hot water. The back yard is really very nice and comfortable! We loved being able to walk in the park that is very nearby. We can highly recommend staying at Monica's if you're in the Sacramento area!

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Great Place! I loved staying here! It was near the areas that I wanted to visit. As well, place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was peaceful and quiet. Definitely, recommend this Airbnb. Tony was great in communicating with us and friendly!

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.
