wij waren hier met onze ouders op leeftijd. Ze vonden de inrichting en de grootte geweldig ondanks dat het voor hen hier en daar dan wat behelpen was vanwege de hogere leeftijd. Dat namens ze graag voor lief. Alles is ruimschoots aanwezig. Overal dichtbij: strand, centrum en supermarkt(je) Kortom hele leuke week hier beleefd!

Ralph is a very attentive and personable host who communicated well throughout our stay with great recommendations for the local area. The house itself is simple and was perfect for what we were looking for, no frills but good amenities and very well located. Praia das macas is a very beautiful place, we could have stayed much longer + will be back! If you are looking for a totally anonymous and self contained Airbnb experience then this probably isn’t for you as Ralph (host) is more present than we are typically used to with Airbnb - the check in is in person rather than keyless and so on. However, with the recommendations, provided maps and detail about the town it was a very welcome addition to have an English speaking host who actively wanted to provide a good experience. If you are considering this area - go! One of the best places we have ever visited as a couple and all of the locals were extremely friendly.

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

Sehr schönes großes Anwesen mit ausreichend Platz für eine sehr große Gruppe. Toller Blick in die Ferne. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Es gab ein paar kleinere Defekte aber Antonio hat sich direkt gekümmert. Die Unterkunft ist zu Beginn etwas schwierig zu finden, aber dann super gelegen. Aber man sollte ein Auto dabei haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time at Ricardo‘s place. It’s close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the house is situated on a large property with a pool in the back. I look forward to coming back in the summer! Ricardo was great as a host and Pedro was incredibly helpful to figure things out and provide local recommendations.

Uns erwartete ein super sauberes Haus mit ganz tollem Grundstück. Der Weg an den Strand war klasse und dadurch das viele Pflanzen blühten wunderschön. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Der Billardtisch war für alle das Highlight und auch der Pool war schön warm. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick und Samuel war prima und sehr herzlich. Mit Auto eine tolle Gegend, die man gern erkundet.

Bon séjour du 20 au 25 avril 2025. Magnifique plage à 50 m du logement très bien décoré ,fonctionnel rien ne manque et en plus une délicate attention nous attendait. Merci Philipa et Anabella

I agree with all the other positive reviews - this is a wonderful place to stay! Really enjoyed the space and the variety of activities including the pool, table tennis and chess board. Close to everything including the beach. Easy communication with the host who is very friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I could write so many amazing things about my stay here at Antonio’s home! Firstly it was the most perfect spot I have stayed in as I am always visiting Estoril! One of my favourite things about my stay was waking up everyday and being greeted by Antonio’s lovely dog Dost! He was my highlight of every day, he is so friendly, and loves to be scratched, and loves all the attention you give him! If you are not a fan of dogs this place isn’t quite for you BUT if you love dogs then 100% I recommend this spot! António was the sweetest host, and made my partner and i very comfortable and right at home! I will 100% be coming back to this home, and greatly appreciate and thank the co-hosts and António for welcoming me and trusting me to be in his home!

We had a lovely 5 week stay here. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question and the location was truly perfect. The AC provides heating which is rare for Portugal but really handy if you are coming outside of summer. The pool is slightly heated. If working remotely you may find the seating a bit uncomfortable for prolonged periods of time though so maybe have a look at some of the local coworking spaces as well. If you have mobility difficulties I would also look elsewhere due to the narrow spiral staircase and low ceilings upstairs.

Pedro and his crew have thought of everything. It really is like a private villa in a luxury resort with extremely attentive service and a house set up perfectly for comfort. The pool is heated and lit at night. There is banana tree next to it. You have a juicer and a pile of fresh oranges at checkin. The bigger of the three TVs is 85 inch. There is a ski light in one of the three bathrooms. The only problem is that it might be hard to go back to your own house after this stay.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Perfectly located on a peaceful street close to beautiful beaches, cute cafes, shops and great restaurants. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was provided at the house. Since it is situated at the end of the street with no through traffic and the perimeter of the garden has tall trees and bushes it felt very private. Sun exposure for the house and grounds was good throughout the day so we were able to enjoy barbecues and the pool. Joana was very responsive and helpful for any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommended.

Nilza is the greatest hostess. From the clear check-in instructions to the prompt and personable response throughout our stay, we could have not asked for anything more. The house is very centrally located, within walking distance to the train station and the Marginal. Nilza kindly recommended restaurants in the area and things to do. The large kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of beds and one bath upstairs, one downstairs. We received extra bed linen/towels on request as we stayed for 10nights. The water works perfectly fine, just know cold is hot and hot is cold :). The construction was not bothersome to us, as we were out of the house during the day. When my family got locked out of the house or the water was shut down due to a broken pipe in the neighborhood, Nilza responded within minutes and did everything she could to help. Also, the key to the front door works perfectly if you follow the instructions on how to insert it. Thank you, Nilza, for a wonderful experience!

El alojamiento estaba muy nuevo y todo muy limpio, unos bonitos detalles a nuestra llegada, como vino y bombones, nos proporcionaron unas tarjetas que se recargan para poder desplazarnos. A pesar se vivir al lado los anfitriones, tienes independencia total, y te sientes muy agusto, en la zona hay muy buenos restaurantes y el ferry que está a tres minutos de la casa, pasa cada hora y te cruza a Belem y si desde ahí quieres ir a Lisboa, solo tienes que utilizar el tren que está enfrente y son tres estaciones. hemos disfrutado mucho y pensamos quw no podíamos haber escogido mejor el alojamiento.

We had one of our best vacations at this beautiful home in Magoito, Portugal. The house was even more stunning than expected—peaceful, quiet, with breathtaking sunsets and just a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect escape from the city. Our hosts, Chen and Ms. Yang, were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Chen gave us great local recommendations and quickly resolved any small issues. When we lost power and Wi-Fi, Ms. Yang came personally to help. Nila, who came to clean, was lovely and warm—even with a language barrier, we understood each other. When we left items in an Uber, Chen helped us retrieve them. Uber is reliable and affordable if you're not driving, and the drivers were polite even if they didn’t speak English. We felt completely cared for and would absolutely stay again. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable coastal getaway!

We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and being surrounded by trees and nature. The pool was lovely and had excellent amenities next to it (shower, WC, small fridge & sun loungers). The host Pedro was very friendly and helpful. We will go back.

Perfect stay. Super responsive host. The pictures don’t do it true justice. Everything you could possibly need especially if you have kids. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything. The shed full of kids toys was amazing for my toddler. Walkable to the beach and some fab restaurants. Lovely bathrooms and modern bathrooms. It is directly opposite the train station so you do hear the train frequently. Didn’t bother us as it’s quite a relaxing sound in my opinion. Overall perfect location to get to Cascais and Lisbon easily. Lovely garden with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Be aware the sprinklers come on every few hours if you’re sat outside. Cute little bbq to. Highly recommend.

We lived in this house for 1.5 months, it fits well for a family with kids. All the issues were immediately resolved by the host. It was the calmest place in the world, that we've been to. The house is pretty sturdy — we survived undamaged through the storm inside, while the area was pretty affected. The lagoon is really nice and clean, almost stranded during winter except for water sports fans. Houses in the area are well cared of, not too many cars around, so tranquil to get around with kids, that enjoy freedom of movement. We are a car-free family and it is manageable in the area. The farmers market works during low season just on the weekends, but you can get to Alfarim on foot through the nice wood area. We also got to Sesimbra and Fernao Ferro by bus.

We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.
