We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

Worked great for our one night stay before our cruise. The house is very close to the cruise port.

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

We stayed here for 3 nights for part of our spring break. The place is a perfect location, nice and close to everything but also quiet and felt safe. The walk to the beach is short and easy to use the code to get in and out. The beach things in the unit were nice. I had read some of the reviews that mentioned a smell and we definitely smelled it on the first day. Almost a mildew and maybe a cleaner. But it either left or we just didn’t notice it after that. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the added fans provided in the bedrooms was really nice. It gets much cooler in the living room than the bedrooms. Everything overall was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Perfect spot for our pre-cruise stay! The house had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and fully stocked. Just a short walk to the beach, and the kids loved winding down with a family movie night. Great location, great amenities—we’d definitely stay again!

Great stay. We’ve been staying in camp grounds previous years but opted for the comfort of a furnished place without all the step up. Location is great. The whole area took a beating with the hurricane season so will give the exterior a break for that. Was initially giving the wrong code (to a different unit), but was able to resolve quickly.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool was a fantastic addition to our week! The house was great!

My family and I enjoyed this house for spring break. We loved the backyard and everyday seeing a momma manatee and baby swim right along our paddle boards. The boys loved to sushi and went fishing in the kayaks. The owner was so helpful with places that were a must see and yummy food stops. Cocoa Village is def a must. Add Brevard Zoo to your list! Very close and is a beautiful zoo. We really loved the house and location. Great Stay!

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

We absolutely LOVED our stay and can’t wait to visit again! Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved catching fish from the dock and having manatees and dolphins swimming by. We caught flounder, stingrays and catfish. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation great home & perfect location

Ken was a fantastic host, we loved our time at the house. Equipt with everything you could need. pool was lovely and the putting green was a nice bonus activity!

This property was all we could have hoped for! Celebrating a low key bachelorette party, the pool was perfect, sleeping accommodations very comfortable, and a built in photo backdrop right in the house. It was also perfect to have the beach access so close. Katee was very communicative and represented the property perfectly in the description. This property and Katee really made our celebration extra special - thank you!!

Fantastic host and wonderful home! We are not pet owners so I always worry about pet friendly homes...we found this home spotless and clean smelling! It was the perfect house for a week at the beach to relax with my family. Beach toys, chairs, nice towels, everything we needed was available and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking and plenty of cleaning supplies to keep it tidy. The pool was fun for after the beach with lots of seating and toys. Recommendations were helpful. Overall a great stay and very hospitable host!

Tina's place was perfect! So comfortable. So quiet. So close to the beach. Surprisingly spacious. Tina was responsive to our every concern. The location is a bit off the beaten path, almost wish it were a touch closer to stores and restaurants. But if it were, then it wouldn't be so very perfect. Thanks Tina!!!

1000 characters are not enough to say about this property. What you see is what you get! The pictures are EXACTLY what you see in the home. The Host took the time to make a detailed welcome booklet. There is nothing to be desired. Everything from how to turn on the shower to local eateries and and things to do in the area are listed in this booklet. The neighborhood the home is located in is full of friendly people people and beautiful peacocks. Yes I said peacocks! There were board games,outdoor games and beach supplies. Being a person who has never frequented a beach I had no idea what items we should take. Everything we needed and then some was located in the home! Never been to Florida let alone Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach but I (we) will be back. WE look forward to our next visit we will definitely be staying here again. The experience was like no other. Clean linens/ clean bathroom/clean kitchen, beautiful backyard and front yard.

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

We had a wonderful week at Lisa’s beautiful home. From the start, the hosts were communicative and answered all questions promptly. The house is spacious and impeccably furnished and decorated. The beds are super comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. We spent time outside on the lovely patio and in the pool/hot tub. Yard is large, private and well maintained. Private beach a short walk away and we appreciated the wagon and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made vacation a breeze. Proximity to coffee shops, Publix, and dining a plus. Hosts responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back sometime! 10/10 recommend
