We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb vacation rental! The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making our check-in process a breeze. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the views from the terrace were simply amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the added perks of having access to a swimming pool and tennis court. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We hope to come back soon!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans l’appartement d’Alejandro. Celui-ci est spacieux et bien équipé. Le mobilier est simple mais chaleureux. La grande terrasse est juste parfaite avec une vue sur la mer. Arrivée sans problème grâce aux instructions claires reçues. La piscine est à 2 min à pieds et est très agréable. Accès au bord de mer via un petit chemin qui mène aux maisons de pêcheurs en contrebas. Seul commentaire: pas ou peu de wifi. On a fait sans. Merci Alejandro!

Sono contentissima del mio soggiorno a Ibiza. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata facile e accogliente. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima ed è molto bello e ben arredato. Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa, ancora più bello di quello che appare in foto. Se dovessi tornare a Ibiza sicuramente tornerò a stare qui!

We were greeted by Alexa, the daughter of the host. She was the perfect host and very helpful. Even though we arrived very late, due to delayed flights, she greeted us and helped us with luggage. Throughout our stay she borrowed us umbrellas for the beach, inflatable toys, taxi numbers and she cleaned our towels and the flat. So helpful and quick to reply- a sweetheart! The photos does not do the place justice- the outdoor terrace is huge with many different seating areas and the pool is great! So much better than expected. There is also a lot of great storage for clothes so no need to live from your suitcase. The area is quiet but still only a 35 euro taxi ride from the centre of Ibiza. And there are many beautiful beaches very close (on the west coast) that we drove to. There is also very accessible parking and no noisy neighbours. Definitely recommend!!

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage! War wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber und super gelegen. Würden sofort wiederkommen. Pablo ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und alles sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder.

We loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and the roof terrace was lovely! A good amount of space too for us and the decor was really nice. It’s also just a short walk down to the beach and town with some restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ibiza Real Estate war einfach fantastisch! Für den Preis ein echtes Schnäppchen – besser geht’s kaum. In nur einer Minute ist man zu Fuß am Strand, einfach perfekt. Die Räume sind groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufen? Kein Problem – alles liegt direkt vor der Tür. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer sofort eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung! Einfach klasse – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at Villa Clara for a family break, my wife and I, and our two kids (aged 8 and 2), we had a great time, the villa is in a private gated community, has great amenities as described and is very peaceful. A car is a must due to the location, however you can walk via a scenic trail to Cala Llonga just a couple of miles. All in all we had a great time and Marcel was a helpful and responsive host.

The house is perfect for a group or family. It is private, has lots of outdoor space, and very conveniently located. The outdoor area in particular is great for relaxing, with a very nice pool, grill and lounge area. Bruno, the concierge, was extremely helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a fantastic time here - myself and 3 girl friends stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The villa is even nicer in real life than it looks in the pictures - spacious and clean. We loved the pool and comfy sunloungers and the beds were really comfortable too. The kitchen has everything you could need and the supermarket is a short walk - 5/10 minutes away. Peter and Helena are lovely and very quick to respond if you have any questions. It’s worth bearing in mind that this is in a nice residential area so while there is a great Sonos system throughout no music can be played outside after 10pm (Ibiza law) and no loud music / parties etc. Not a problem for us as we went out every night. We used taxis to get around and the Taxi Click app worked really well for us - usually a taxi arrived within 10 minutes of requesting it. It was around €27 Euros to the airport, €35 to Ibiza Town and €16 to San Antonio so nothing is too far away.

We had a lovely stay (10 adults), as others have said the pictures don't do it justice. The communal areas are lovely, and the kitchen has everything you need. It is walkable from the villa to Es Canar, but there are no pavements until you hit the outer town. Definitely not doable in the dark, so we got taxis via TaxiClick for the short journey. We went to Formentera for one day, and ferry set off from Es Canar which was very useful. Overall we had a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful villa and would definitely recommend to others.

The host Sebastian and his wife was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions that we had . The villa was spotless and had enough bathrooms for a group of 10. Sebastian was very accommodating and consented to a party night at the villa which made my 60 th birthday celebrations go with a bang . I truly recommend this villa for a group of friends or family get together … the local beach is within walking distance … but be prepared for an uphill walk back to the villa … we had cars so it was never a problem .. local beach restaurants .. we favoured the beach club .. food was fresh and of good portions plus good vibes .. there is also a local convenience store by the beach bay that sells fresh pastries and baguettes daily … thank you Sebastian for being such a great host

Ruim opgezet en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig. Het strand is eenvoudig en snel bereikbaar, ook met kleine kinderen. Een aanrader, we komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Alessio is een vakman, hij staat altijd voor je klaar!

We loved staying here, the flat is perfect and gave us the perfect base to explore the other side of Ibiza including the amazing beaches close by. Javier was very helpful and responded quickly. The location of Carlos’ apartment is hard to beat. You are walking distance to Ibiza town (10 mins) and Pacha is literally across the road. Yet somehow, the block is very calm and quiet at night. This is a great balance. The apartment is very comfortable with a great balcony overlooking the pool area. Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Thanks Carlos

Appartement was top. Host reageerde snel en wij konden er zelfs eerder naar binnen. Alles aanwezig wat je zoal nodig hebt. Een waterkoker zou prettig zijn want die ontbrak. Een advies aan Jordi is om de badkamer een keer goed aan te pakken. Ons verblijf hebben wij als zeer positief ervaren. Je kunt de auto altijd in de omgeving parkeren. Ook lekker eten bij de pizzeria naast het gebouw.

Casa moderna, cómoda, bien ubicada, decorada con detalle. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable .
