We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

Kristine was very communicative and the air bnb was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The location is AMAZING. The local library has free classes for kids and everything is walking distance. Plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in town. Thank you so much to our host. Highly recommend for anyone wanting have a weekend getaway or long term stay.

Natasha's place looked just like the pictures. She has done a great job modernizing the apartment. She was able to accommodate me with a late check-in. Might be the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed in.

I rented it for tenants to stay in during a repair at their apartment. My tenants chose to stay in their apartment instead so they never actually checked in. But Hameen was very flexible, even offering early check in since the contractors started early, and he refunded the cleaning fee since they never entered the apartment. The location is very central in Bristol and I can tell Hameen would be a great host for people that stay there.

We had such a nice stay at Brian’s! The place was very large and comfortable. Brian was very responsive and helpful multiple times. The area was nice and we always felt safe. I would definitely recommend Brian and this location!

I chose Marlene’s lovely spot primarily because it was in a location convenient for short trips to visit family and friends in Wallingford, Middlebury and Middletown while on my way south from New Hampshire. The peaceful, quiet surroundings along with a spotless, well-appointed accommodation made it very appealing: highly recommended.

Rachel goes above and beyond. She placed fresh flowers in the kitchen from her own garden. Both the front and back yards had beautiful lush foliage and included a space where we could relax and enjoy the cool summer evenings. We were able to comfortably grill with a few family members during our stay. It felt like home while we were there!

Excellent place to stay at. Truly luxurious with modern fixtures and appliances. Very clean and neat with tasteful decor. Great view in the winter, extremely peaceful and private. Driveway definitely requires AWD due to ice and snow in the winter. Tons of towels and toiletries provided. Patti and Bob were so helpful and courteous. Many great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very knowledgeable on the local trails. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Nadine’s place is a great location, lots of food options and a great roastery/brewery nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. We felt at home and it was a great place to use as home base for our adventures!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maritza’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in sending us the instructions to the house. The house was very clean and homey. The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

We had a lovely stay at this property during a weekend trip to Kingston. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 1 dog. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and all amenities mentioned in the listing were available. There were some minor signs of normal wear and tear throughout the home but nothing that interfered with our comfort. Would recommend!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Camila was a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy and made us feel at home very quickly. Location was good, walkable distance to New Haven Green and its surroundings. I was encouraged to use the shared spaces, such as the living room and kitchen, which added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Apartment with a Helpful Host! I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb during my visit to New Paltz. From start to finish, everything about this experience was exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. First and foremost, our host, Ahava, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. She was always available to answer any questions we had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. It truly felt like having a personal concierge! The apartment itself was amazing, situated on a quiet street, and filled with sunlight. It was a short walk from downtown New Paltz with all of its restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Already thinking about when we get back up to the area, and will definitely be staying here again!

We didn't realize when it said 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom it was actually 2 apartments side by side. It made it very nice to have a little bit of extra space since we went with family. If it was a single family with children it might be a little more difficult. We enjoyed having one apartment and my mother-in-law and sister-in-law had their own. The host was very easy to contact and messaged back right away. We had one small issue and it was fixed immediately. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Heather for the wonderful stay. This spot is truly unique and charming, decorated with impeccable taste. There's very easy access to all the best South Norwalk has to offer. Something that might be helpful for other guests to know in case you're visiting on a weekend is that there is a bar downstairs that plays loud music, HOWEVER the street has an 11pm noise ordinance so the music will not go past then. If you plan to go to bed early, I suggest earplugs and/or a small white noise machine like the ones you can buy on Amazon for $20. The stairs to the loft bed are a little steep so just be aware if you have any mobility issues. None of these things detracted from my stay but wanted to share some info in case it's helpful! This place is a well-kept, clean and cozy gem with a sizable kitchen and bathroom.
