Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

The VIEWS!!!! Douglas was a great host. Good communication and easy to work with! You won’t be disappointed.

Detailed directions was most helpful. Very beautiful surroundings! Clean room with many amenities close -by I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at David's villa! The grounds surrounding the place are beautiful and being only a 1 min walk to the beach it was a great spot. The villa was clean and had basic kitchen amenities. The beach chairs and umbrella were convenient to have as we visited a number of beaches on the island. The pool area was nice and never very busy, many times we had it to ourselves. Our family felt safe in the gated community. There are restaurants within Palmas Del Mar but if you want to go outside the community, expect to drive 15 mins or so to other areas. We would recommend staying here.

Nicole's place was perfect for our family getaway. Spacious, clean, very well equipped and the surroundings looked very nice. We felt at home right away. The pool and the beach just steps away was very convenient. We would love to go back. Thanks again Nicole!

Cancel whatever you have booked and stay here. It was better than we could have imagined. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the plaza below was so fun, and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. Captain Dave was delightful and so responsive -we felt like we'd made a new friend. I can't say enough good things about this place. What a wonderful vacation spot.

The house was great. It was clean and in the most beautiful area. The ocean views are a dream. Edwin and Hector were both very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house if you want to be away from all the busyness and on the peaceful countryside of the island. Lots of local restaurants in the area that are phenomenal.

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

What an incredible Airbnb. The pictures do not do it justice. Our family of 8 adults and one child had more than enough room in Christophe’s home. It is spacious, clean, well maintained, and the location and views are amazing. We could have sat on one of the two outdoor patios or sat poolside all day and been content as the surroundings are beautiful. The views of the beach and sunrise were unbeatable. We appreciated that the home had everything we could ever need from kitchenware, to beach supplies/toys, bbq, pool table, and A/C in every room. Christophe was attentive, responsive, and personal. We would stay here again in a hearbeat!

Jose goes above and beyond for his house guests. Great communication between guests and host, messages were answered at times within minutes. The property is just as described and location is beautiful. No worries on power outages the property has a back-up generator and is solar powered! Just as mentioned it is best to use the coordinates Jose provides. Clear and easy instructions to all amenities on the property. He provided daily recommendations of activities. One day his co-host Norimar even stopped by with pastries and cute cookies for our children to paint! Thank you both so much for being great hosts. Now for the house ! This was a perfect location for a large group. We had 10 guests and we all were comfortable. The house has beautiful details. Just enough things to make home cooked meals and feel at home. The pool is PERFECT for kids, large pad to sit in the water. Pool toys & beach chairs available. I could go on and on! Thank you so much Jose; this trip was a huge success!

Roberto was VERY attentive talked to me the entire time even 2 months prior from my actual check in date. The views are AMAZING! The home is located deep into the mountain on the very tippy top. The roads are very narrow going to the home, it’s definitely worth it would recommend an suv or truck but a sedan will do the job. Provided anything I asked for or had questions about ! For my whole group! The house is basically two separate apartments great space !

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It was the perfect place for me and my friends to relax, cook meals together, and enjoy each other’s company. The location was fantastic — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a real getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for morning coffee or evening hangouts. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for their guests. We made some unforgettable memories here, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

Great stay! We loved the location -- close to town, but still private and quiet. At first, I thought we'd rather be in a property with more trees in the yard, but I realized the benefit of being on top of a hill with very few trees around at night when we enjoyed the breeze and very few bugs (also, the wild horses love the grassy neighborhood). The semi-private beach was gorgeous and easy to walk to. The house was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was immaculate and with kids, we loved having a place to swim in the afternoons after a morning at the beach. Julie and the house's caretaker, Hannah, were very responsive and helpful with answers to questions on our first trip to the island. We hit the island-wide power outage while we were there but it was no problem -- the house was stocked with a cooler and they brought over candles for us to dine by candlelight as we enjoyed the sea breezes.

The place had a great view, super conviene to the beach and golf as well as many restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

We had an amazing time. The location is great. It has like 3 small pool areas and then a Large community pool. Has security. Very well cleaned both kitchen and bedrooms with bath rooms. The Interior doors and closets are made of aluminum and modern. They have a goodie box on the terraze with beach chairs and umbrellas. just be sure to return them and clean them. The gas grill worked great. Be sure to clean it after using it. Everything else was great. I Will def. come back and use this same unit.

Nancy's place served our needs perfectly. We loved having three bedrooms, each with its own bath, plus a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Nancy answered the phone each time I called and handled a plumbing issue quickly. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool and loved listening to the crashing waves as we fell asleep each night. The exterior of the Crescent Cove complex is undergoing some needed repairs and painting, but the interior of this unit is in very good condition. We appreciated having beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards available for our use.

Great Villa very comfortable, great sorroundings, good variety of restaurants near, responsive host. The only thing is a noisy pipeline.
