Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

property is decorated to very high standard. the combination of inside and outside space through connection of kitchen to swimming pool area is a real design plus. all of the bedrooms have excellent bed and bathrooms. the property has extra nice touches such as great blue tooth speakers and private games room/ den. the caretakers are available to assist but maintained guest privacy at all times. we had a minor issue with some water heaters not working but the host gave us free steaks (which were amazingly good) to compensate. insummary, a great property which will comfortably steep 10-15 guests in luxury. premium price but worth it.

Casa Gali is one of the best places we had around Lipa if you are going for a private and relaxing place to spend with your loved ones. The place offers a great cliff side view of Taal Lake but it boasts on incorporating a homey vibe of the place with mix of modern and indigenous aesthetics and design elements. There are amenities such as pool, videoke, overlooking deck with bonfire and a lot of others that you can enjoy while staying there. Above all, the host is responsive and transparent on the things to expect with the place. You will really get your money's worth while staying on their humble abode.

Evelyn's place is a nice place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is quiet also. Visitors must just bring their own food since a little far from commercial establishments. But, you can cook since important cooking wares and utensils are provided in the kitchen.

Ms. Cath is very responsive, accommodating.

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel

Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! Her place is highly recommended for content creators as it was beautifully designed. Thank you, Ms. Lady!

We'll definitely return to Kristine's place if it's available again on our desired dates. It's near the pool and the designated parking slot. The location is absolutely perfect for those who want peace, privacy and fresh air. Security officers were reasonably strict, only asked necessary information all, and were very polite. Community Staff were all nice and thoughtful too. Kristine provided all the information necessary for the whole stay. Great host!

Great place to stay in, the room was clean, the owner is very responsive. The overall experience was top notch. The only thing i had a thing with is that the place was quite far from the different entertainment places, although if you're willing to spend a little more for transportation or if you have your own vehicle it is worth the stay.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with plenty of nearby spots to explore. The only downside was that the pool was unexpectedly closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing since we were really looking forward to using it. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Would definitely come back!
