Carlos’ place was absolutely beautiful! The colonial-style house was not only spacious but also full of historic charm, making it a unique and memorable stay. Its central location in Ponce was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and must-see attractions in the city. Carlos was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing an early check-in, which made my trip even smoother. I truly appreciated his hospitality and the wonderful experience. Very welcoming and perfect location. Many things to do within walking distance. The home & property itself was well maintained and the backyard was definitely a huge plus being able to sit and enjoy your own oasis outside. The owners were very responsive and hospitable. Will definitely be booking their home again in the future

This place is just perfect! We make a road trip around Puerto Rico and I can say this is the cleanest apartment we've stayed in. I wasn't worried to leave our 9 months old baby crawl around the floor , I think that says it all. We totally recommend staying here. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and you reach downtown of Ponce just by few minutes long walk. We only wish we could stay longer. Thank you for having us!

He's not kidding when he says it's cozy... Place is very small, but it had everything we needed. No kitchen, but there was a mini fridge and microwave and a sink in the bathroom. Shower was good. Quiet spot in the back yard of the house with separate side entrance behind a locking gate. Felt safe and secluded.

Buen alojamiento. Fácil de encontrar y acceder. La cocina está super equipada e incluso tiene terraza. Bien.

Great stay near the pueblo. Beautiful house and I love the private parking area. Overall had a great stay.

This was the best of three Airbnbs we stayed in while traveling around Puerto Rico and our favorite by far! The house is beautifully renovated with a modern kitchen whilst keeping the charm of the original details like woodwork and tile. The furnishings are sleek and comfortable and the beds are cozy. We could walk into the heart of the historic district in minutes and loved the gated parking at the house so we could leave our car. Highly recommend!

There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing this home was. Melania is outstanding! She made sure the house has every single thing that you need anything my family and I needed, was already in the house. There were some very thoughtful touches in the home. We went for Easter weekend and there were some nice Easter touches. The home was spotless on the bedsheet smelled freshly washed. They make sure to provide your local recommendations which I truly appreciate. They have plenty of towels, including beach towels, and beach chairs and a cooler for when you decide to go to the beach! My family and I went the power went out so the laundry mats in the area were not available and Melania so kindly let us use her washing machine with my palace plant. Melania is extremely thoughtful and kind and she truly made us feel at home. This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve been to! I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when I come back to visit!
