The lake house was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning and entirely relaxing. We went for a thirtieth birthday wine weekend in April and it was so much fun. The location was prime location on Seneca Lake, close to Herman J Wiemer, Toast, and Magnus Ridge. It is a prime location on the Seneca lake. We adored the hot tub and it comfortably fit 5 of us, maybe even 6-7 . We used the fire pit, the patio, and all amenities. When showering, we advise only one going at a time due to shifting in temperature. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive to all of our messages! Thanks again for a great first time in the finger lakes. We’d love to come back. The house is spacious and very homey with plenty of cooking supplies available.

We really enjoyed our time at the Peppermint Cottage. It was freezing cold and snowy when we got there and it made us feel instantly warm and cosy when we walked in and a fire was already going in that beautiful fireplace! It was a quiet and peaceful location, and we enjoyed a quiet nights rest. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Location, location, location! Right on the water, hot tub was great, comfortable place and it was just perfect for us. We loved the local wineries and other activities and it was so nice to come back to that beautiful lake view at the end of the day. Thanks so much Nick and Chrissy! We would love to come back one day.

We had a great time at Diane's place. Diane and Tom gave us a warm welcome and were very responsive and communicative before and during our stay. They also had plenty of recommendations on things to do. The hot tub was a major plus! Overall, would highly recommend if you're planning to stay in the area. We primarily went to visit Watkins Glen, which was just about 20 minutes away.

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

We had our annual girls weekend up in the Finger Lakes. This was a perfect location for us to visit a plethora of wineries, enjoy the lake, and go on a hike. The home was cozy and it was a great place to end our nights at. Mary was a great host and super communicative - gave us some great tips about wineries and some other local spots. Jason’s cozy bungalow had everything we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway from Rochester- quiet and peaceful setting with a view of Honeyoye Lake at the end of the street, a perfectly appointed kitchen, and all the little details we loved about the listing. I can imagine it’s even better in the summer! The home was spotless when we arrive so we could get right to relaxing. Definitely recommend .

This cabin is the perfect place to switch off from the world and relax. The lake is beautiful. The cabin is clean and well equipped. James and Renee are lovely people whose main aim is for people to enjoy the experience of staying at their properties. Jamie brought us fish from the river and kitted us out with bikes to save us hiring some. A lovely stay.

Our stay in Lodi was amazing. Beautiful view of the lake while watching tv, cooking or just playing a game. Very Peaceful. Easy to walk our dog. Love how the bedrooms are on each side of the house as well as bathrooms as to not disturb one another... beautiful.. many wineries and breweries for tastings, & most are Dog friendly too! So easy to sit back and relax! My daughter & boyfriend loved hiking and also did some golf! This was a Beautiful getaway and the host was so great and attentive. So clean and so comfy.

Michele and Andy were friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts, and their farm is beautiful! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend surrounded by their horses, cows, fields and forests. The house itself has rustic, unpolished, handmade charm and is decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable, the wood stove was easy to use and helped us stay warm for our winter visit. Michele was accommodating of our arrival and departure times, going out of her way to try to help us adjust plans to match the weather. She was also very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! The house was awesome, very comfortable, and had everything we might need during our stay. Those rocking chairs on the porch were the icing on the cake. So lovely - hope to come again during the summer or fall.

We had a great stay at the lake cottage. The view is stunning. The barbecue is a real plus!

My dad, daughter and I had a wonderful few nights staying here. It was very convenient to a couple of ski resorts that we were visiting, and was a fairly remote get-away. I'm sure there is much to do around the area in most seasons, but if you are in the area to ski on the Indy Pass, there could possibly be no more convenient of a place to stay!

Jennifer was a wonderful host and this is a great lakeside getaway! Would love to return to the Finger Lakes.

Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The cottage was just beautiful..right on the water. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen ready to set up housekeeping. Brochures available for area activities. The 1 bed available is able to sleep around 6 people ..lol.. the bed was very comfortable. There are other pull outs for sleeping.

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house. While there are close neighbors, they are quiet and the lakefront area feels very private thanks to the trees. The kayaking and rowboat were a lot of fun. The house has quality furnishings and newer appliances. When we had a concern arise (through no fault of the owners), Mary responded immediately even though it was nearly 10 pm. She made the situation right as soon as humanly possible (first thing in the morning) and her husband actually drove all the way from Pennsylvania to check in with us, though we didn't ask or expect this. While he was there he also installed a new lakefront ladder and chatted with us about area attractions. I highly recommend this home and especially these hosts, who truly care about their guests' experience.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin in the woods. We took full advantage of being close to Taughannock falls and the state parks. We had 3 families stay in the cabin and we were all comfortable and had ample room for gathering as well as retreating to our own private spaces. We loved the garden room and outdoor patio. We really appreciated the stroller and high chair that were available for the 18-month-old that was with us. Everything was clean and we had ample supplies! We already referred a friend and would come again ourselves!

Wow - what a fantastic lakeside retreat! There must be 6 different places to sit/gather outside - the fire table was especially nice for sipping some Riesling on a chilly night. Well equipped kitchen, and lots of amenities (including kayaks if so inclined). Very quiet surroundings (we were there during the week-end, too), but you have to watch out for the seagulls - they like to hang out on the deck. Great location is within 1/2 hour of many excellent wineries and restaurants. Would definitely return here the next time we are in FLX!
