The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head.
