Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

My friends & I were looking for a place to stay last minute. We came across this place & it was even better in person! Carlos & Cesar were very quick with responding. We will definitely come back if we get a chance to visit SJ again :)

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cath's place! It was a great place for a chill weekend surrounded by nature, and we felt at home right away. There was a minor hiccup with checking in (door code wasn't working), but Cath was very responsive and promptly resolved our questions! The space was very clean, and had plenty of board games and cozy cushions.

We loved this rental. It was perfect for 5 adults and 1 baby. Looked exactly like the pictures, it was very clean. Neighborhood is very quiet. There is a Keurig coffee machine along with Kcups, creamer and sugar. Allison responded quickly to any questions we had. She also checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying the house and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again or at any other rentals she may have. Thanks Allison!

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

We loved the neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. It was quiet and had very comfortable beds. It had everything we needed for an our stay.

We stayed here for a month, and it was a great experience overall! What really stood out was Michael’s kindness and attentiveness - he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He provided lots of essentials for our toddler and even replaced the shower head, which made a huge difference for our extended stay. He was always quick to respond, sent someone to fix things the same day, and restocked kitchen and bathroom essentials whenever needed. The place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was spotless - seriously, one of the cleanest Airbnbs we've stayed in! The kitchen is well-stocked, which was perfect since we cooked a lot. You do hear some noise from upstairs during the day, but they keep quiet at night, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Thanks again, Michael, for making our stay so comfortable!

Kylee's place was really perfect !. It was one of the best AirBNB's we've stayed in and we've been in many ! It was quiet, bright and cozy. We absolutely loved the setting . The furnishings were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was wonderful.. very central to everything Palo Alto has to offer.. yet still private and afforadbale. Kylee was a great host. she was persoanble and responsive. We'd love to stay here again.

My family of 4 visited San Jose for a hockey tournament. This apartment/condo was 5 minutes from arena. Very convenient. Space was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We did cook and do laundry quite a bit; wished there was more pods for dishwasher and laundry, and a few extra trash’s bags. Other than that, stay was perfect and would stay again.

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Hanna was quite responsive to requests. Felt like she went over and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Great option in Santana Row. Eugene has been available to reply all our questions. We loved the loft. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable.

This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

Clean and modern furniture. Fits the photos and descriptions. Enough space for a family of four. Large and fully equipped kitchen. The parking spot doesn’t fit an SUV so a little work to find parking and move the car for free parking.

I have stayed at Marcie's place a few times now, and I have only positive things to say about the place, and about Marcia as a host. She's always responsive, and she provides clear instructions on how to find the place, how to get in, and everything else. Whenever I know when I'm visiting Palo Alto I immediately check the availability on Marcie's place. It's perfect for me, and I always look forward to my visits.

Had a great stay! Place was super nice and is in the best location possible with restaurants and stores right underneath you…mall across the street couldn’t ask for a better stay and what I loved the most was how responsive and kind the host were def will be back!!

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.

A very nice location with many super markets (whole food, Walmart etc.) nearby. The place is neat and clean with all the things you need. The host is very kind and responsive.
