El roof top/chillout es espectacular, junto con el porche de madera robusta y su jardin.Dispone de 2 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio y 1 cama individual extra también. El salón es amplio y el sofa es convertible en cama. Todo prácticamente a estrenar. Tiene garaje propio motorizado.
