Emanuel's top floor apartment is stylish, modern and very clean. Everything is in good condition, and staying there was a great pleasure. It is in a residential part of Cambridge - but is just a 5 minute walk to a bus stop where the 109 route gets you into Harvard Square in about 15 minutes. There's also a subway station not much further away for trains into Boston. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Emanuel.

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

Very clean and updated apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. I so appreciate the washer and dryer for our daily use in the apartment. We took the kids on a trip to Boston and felt safe in the apartment even though the area isn’t as desired as being in the city. It is on the 3rd floor which I didn’t know when I booked so be prepared to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The subway is about 3 blocks away (5 minute) walk which was so helpful to get in and out of the city with ease. The little bodega next door was great to have to small necessary items and snacks. The host was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We came into town for a film festival and were very tired after a long day. This place was excellent! They had an easy check-in policy, and it took moments for us to unload and get much-needed rest. We got in late and left around 10. It was perfect! Thank you!

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

The house was clean upon arriving. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Beds were comfortable. It was a lovely home!

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. We stayed at this incredible property while in town for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The home is impressively spacious, allowing everyone in our group to spread out and feel comfortable. The abundance of bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a larger group. The design of the home is beautiful and well thought out, with high-quality furnishings and a cozy yet modern vibe. It was the perfect home base for such a special occasion, and we truly appreciated every detail. Great selection of places to eat in the area given the diverse community in Dorchester. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed at Kaitlin’s place for 4 days. She was a friendly and welcoming host who was always responsive and checked in with us. It was easy to find and check in to the Airbnb. The Airbnb is located conveniently near the airport (we were able to walk to the terminal) and the Blue Line of the subway. The description matches the place very well, it was a cozy space and perfect for a couple. Although the bathroom is small and there is no full kitchen, a minifridge, microwave and coffee machine were available and all we needed for our stay. There was a drying rack available to hang our towels. We had a great time!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arlington! The neighborhood was great with plenty of food nearby and access to Boston was quick. The space itself was charming and well kept. The only caution I would add is it could present difficulties for late sleepers (we aren't) as sounds from anyone staying upstairs are loud. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Met the host and her pups who were so cute. Felt right at home.

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon and it was a great place and its close to public transit which makes the whole city accessible. Plus it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

What a gem of a place for our girl's weekend! This home is in a great location right near the town commons that makes it easy to traverse Salem and all that it has to offer, so stay here if you want to check out the local bars, restaurants, stores, museums, and waterfront. We used Alex's place as a home base to explore both Salem and Boston, and the house is easily walkable from the Salem train station that can get you to and from Boston. Alex was so considerate, and even got us local coffee and cupcakes as a welcome present -- she is by far the most thoughtful host we've ever had! We would absolutely stay here again (and again)!

Edna thought of every little detail of what we would need to make our stay comfortable. Wished we could stay longer but definately will be back!

Great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, walking distance to everything needed. Walked to Fenway for the Red Sox game. The apartment was nice and clean, easy to get in. Instructions were clear and concise. The rooftop is an added bonus!! Would stay again if I go to Boston.
