From booking to check-out, the entire process was seamless and well-communicated. Although there were a few issues with the internet, the host was quick to respond and ensure our needs were met. We had a wonderful stay and only wished it could have been longer.

The room was very cozy and the hotel staff were very nice. The bathroom is nice and clean and the bathtub is an excellent bonus. Free parking is great, too!

Highly recommended. The place is ideal for relaxing, with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and church. It is also student/reviewee friendly due to its peaceful atmosphere (we could barely hear the severe rain and thunder outside during Typhoon Kristine). Aside from that, the host is quite friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Ms. Bel! We will definitely book again next time.

Great place to relax and recharge. Furniture and the utensils in the kitchen’s complete. Mark is a great host and very accommodating to our questions and concern. Planning to book here again in the future. ps- for the swimming pool, make sure to go to the club house immediately and register your name. they have limited slots (to avoid over crowding ig)

Great place to stay. The place is very cozy & private. It's very accessible to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping mall etc.

We had a pleasant stay at Luisa's place. The location was very convenient and had a lot of available restaurants/stores/grocery below and around. Luisa was also very responsive and helpful with our queries. Thank you so much!

Stone's throw away from the Philippine Arena. The place is quite new, with friendly and responsive caretakers. Ms. Caryle is very helpful and proactive in providing a trike referral going to and from the Philippine Arena. I would recommend room 204 as the shower area has a glass partition as opposed to room 202, which has none. There is a personal fridge inside the room, but would still recommend bringing your own ice chest especially if planning to bring tube ice. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Small room but very functional. Great views. Belle was a great host and responded very quickly with an issues or concerns I had, and was very flexible with check in and check out time.

Very reasonable price and great location for people who want to explore Poblacion. Would still advise to be careful with your belongings when walking around the area.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's incredibly accessible and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

Few mins away to MOA and Intramuros. My son and I enjoyed as my son is a game fanatic (They have ps4, and hopefully soon upgraded to PS5) and I am after the massage chair. Massage chair is okay but some features arent working well but its not a big deal.

Had a great short stay at Balai cost very clean and cozy the host is very kind and responsive. Will definitely book again.
