Perfect place to have a staycation. Super clean and the interior looks fantastic. The TV was huge and felt premium. I enjoyed watching Netflix the whole night with my girlfriend. Will definitely love to come back!

Glad has been a very accommodating and friendly host. He’s very responsive to our needs. The airbnb room itself is clean and comfortable to stay in. Wilcon city center is a mall that is only 5 mins away and has been helpful for our daily needs as well. Security personnel were trustworthy and friendly. We felt safe at all times. Overall, it was a comfortable and worthwhile stay. Will book again next time if need comes. Thank you so much!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment we stepped in, the cleanliness of the room was immediately apparent. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which was very reassuring, especially considering our needs following a major heart surgery. The modern amenities provided added comfort and ease to our stay, allowing us to focus on recovery without any hassles. The peaceful ambiance and quiet environment were exactly what we were looking for. It's rare to find a place that offers such tranquility, which was crucial for our patient's recovery. He found the space not only comfortable but also conducive to his deep rest, which is so vital after surgery. We are truly grateful to have found such a suitable accommodation that catered so well to our specific circumstances. The convenience and comfort of this room have made a significant difference in our patient's recovery process. Thank you for ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

We had an amazing staycation experience at Casa Arbo! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, perfect spot to relax and unwind. I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. We stayed a month and had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and comfortable. The grocery and food options downstairs made the location extremely convenient. Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.
