We've stayed in a lot of amazing Airbnbs over the years, but Caireen and Jacelyn's artsy heritage abode in Calgary is one of the most memorable. We spent a week with our two kiddos (4 and 7) and from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was just perfect. The location is fantastic -- walkable to downtown/Chinatown in 10-15 minutes, great views across the river just a couple of blocks away, dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops along 1st and the Edmonton Trail. The house itself is comfortable, funcitonal, and unique. Besides the art (which is so cool!) there were kid and adult books to peruse, a great kitchen (and coffee setup), and as you can see in the pictures, a fantastic outdoor space, which we used in sun, clouds, and snow! Caireen was super responsive and friendly, even offering to mail some items we'd forgotten at the house. All in all, a wonderful stay, absolutely a trip we hope to replicate in the future.

Everything was just amazing from the scenery to the house itself. I really enjoyed my stay here. AJ was a perfect host and was very helpful throughout.

Donny’s home was a perfect place for our family of seven to stay while in Calgary. The space was great, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The area was fantastic, we were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, and a great little local pub. Easy check-in as well as check-out. Definitely recommend this home!

NK Paradise was well worth it. Our family enjoyed our mini reunion. There’s lots of space and activities for our kid and three dogs. We enjoyed the mini golf area, trampoline, hot tub and pool table. Niyush was helpful and communicative. We wish we were staying longer!

Our stay at Lacey's place was wonderful! She was very responsive and left the place clean for my group and me. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and has a great view from the balcony. We watched the sunset from the fire pit there every day. I would stay here again.

Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, our dogs enjoyed the dog run, we enjoyed the privacy. We would come again!

Wonderful stay, location was beautiful, wild horses wandered through the yard in the am. Private and very lovely.

Michelle has paid a lot of attention to the details of a good short-term rental. The appliances were all top-notch state of the art, like an induction cooktop, which worked great. She provided small thoughtful provisions for the stay, with fruit, snack bars, yogurt, and orange juice in the frig. Bed was very comfortable and warm. And the nights were quiet, which is a must. Perfect close to town location with nice views from the hillside. Great for a couple or solo traveler.

Jason and Lindsey's Three Peaks Getaway is a great place to stay. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. Indoor parking is a nice bonus. Access to the highway for getting to your ski destination is very convenient, and it's a short walk to the bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, stunning views, and beautiful decor. The place was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. Exceeded our expectations!

My wife and I stayed at this great Airbnb for one week. The location and unit itself are terrific - quality finishes, very functional kitchen with open space, bathrooms were spacious and clean (my wife was a big fan of the tub), bedrooms and lots of storage space. Our favorite part would be coming home from hikes and enjoying the fireplace. Jen was responsive and helpful, and proactively shared a message about construction happening nearby. That construction was a bit of a nuisance at times. Even though I missed the message initially, if we knew that ahead of time, we would have still made the same decision and were very happy here. Would visit again!

Great location, walkable to so many restaurants (check out Z Crew for breakfast/lunch & Coffee). The apartment is fully stocked for all of your needs, every appliance you could want and an assortment of ingredients and spices for your convenience. Underground parking is a bonus in a downtown location. We had to extend our stay and Jen & Steven went out of their way to help us coordinate moving into another one of their units with an early check in to make things convenient for us…above and beyond!! We will be back on our next trip to Calgary.

Keri’s, place was lovely! We stayed for our grandmas 90th birthday party. The place had everything we needed. It was only 5 mins from Vulcan but felt out of town and very quiet. The place was private which we loved! Also extremely clean!

It is cozy and comfortable cabin. I was happy to find puzzles and jenga. Cute backyard with riverview. There are a lot of trails nearby. Thanks Shannon

I enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommending to my co workers and family. We had some trouble getting there at first as we went an entire different route. Therefore beware of losing reception. Definitely go through Sundre, and follow directions from there. Besides that, it was a beautiful view, cabin was fitted for us all and we made it a good time away from home. Thank you for the great stay! Till we visit again :)

Highly recommended this place, the journey to get there is worth it. Absolutely stunning place. The views are breathtaking, a little piece of paradise. We spent our anniversary there and they come to our site with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate. Such special people. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will be back for sure

Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Smartly appointed with everything you could ever need for a rustic stay. You'll need to navigate a ladder to the sleeping area, it's a childhood dream but have to have knees and balance to make it to bed. You'll be greeted by a very comfortable king bed and a window for fresh cool air. Such a treat to enjoy the firepit. If you're looking for a little adventure close to Calgary, you'll be charmed by this little cabin in the woods.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for a group of 5 with 3 kids (16,18 and 21). Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the Banff and Canmore area. We were snowboarding and the in unit dryer ensure we were dry and comfortable. The message chair was a great assist to relax and jacuzzi tub was great after long snowboarding days.

Great communication and clear instructions before arrival so no need to contact host. Really appreciated the early check-in. Cabin was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Lots of games & books. Great place for a family retreat. Peaceful with the river, fireplace and very private. Nice walk to town, cafes & restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and hope to return for another retreat.

I booked in last minute for a mini getaway and I’m so grateful Susan could accommodate. Upon my arrival, I walked into the cabin with the fireplace already on and some cozy socks warming up nearby — a perfect greeting after a chilly day spent in the mountains. It was a great spot to relax, unwind and just what my soul needed. I’d return in a heartbeat!
