Great place to stay and relax. Staff are very friendly, approachable. Top notch customer service. Elmira is responsive and helpful. Wifi is just not that reliable but no biggie. Location is a bit too far from tagaytay proper but all good. Overall experience in our stay is excellent. Will definitely book this place again. ❤️

I recently hosted a family gathering at R. Lapid’s Resortel, and it was an unforgettable experience! The huge, clean swimming pool was perfect for bonding, especially for my kids who absolutely loved the hot spring and water massager. The spacious accommodations comfortably fit our group of 17 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of room for even more guests. Our host Nina was incredibly responsive, and caretaker Myra and her husband were always on hand to assist us. A delightful touch was the welcome chicharon, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this hot spring resort for groups of 20 to 40 people. It’s a fantastic place for family events and relaxation!

Casa Buena Suerte is my family go to whenever we want to rent a Private Resort for our family gathering. Miss Doreen the owner is awesome with her communication. We booked the place in a last minute but it turns out well. Our family loved the place. The resort manager, Paul, is a wonderful person. Highly recommended and will definitely comeback again.

Comfortable, quiet location and clean! - Chong's place was a great choice because this was very near the wedding reception that I attended. - Best value for money - so many facilities! - There's a Php2000 cash deposit upon check-in. It will be returned to the guest upon checkout. - The restaurant inside the resort closes at 10PM. You can eat out if you're heading home late. - There's a nice small cafe outside the resort where we ate breakfast. It's around 10 minutes away. You can ask the guard for the nearest restaurant outside the resort if you don't want to spend 400-600 pesos for a breakfast meal! :D

it was describe as expected. the room are clean. the place is s very big. the caretakers are nice.

The place is good, peaceful indeed and my family enjoy it so much. The AC is quite cold so bring your extra blanket. But you will enjoy sleeping in the rooms, their Wifi is working, their caretaker is nice as well. You can call them anytime if you need something. Overall, I highly recommend this place!! Natural wear and tear. Clean rooms and airconditioned. They have wifi network. What matters is our family enjoyed the gathering and stay. Kids loved the pool with the long slide. Caretakers are so nice.
