We absolutely loved our stay ! Nic and Rob are such a lovely friendly couple and their home is stunningly beautiful. We loved Monti their dog such a sweetheart. We had our own private entrance with fabulous outside kitchen and seating area overlooking the gorgeous gardens and swimming pool. The bed was very comfy with pristine linen and there is a great shower. Nic and Rob very kindly left us cereal, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, thank you so much, together with tea, coffee and milk. This was so welcome as we arrived late in the evening. The location was perfect literally 10 minutes walk to Smithfield Shopping Centre where there are two large supermarkets Cole’s and Woolworths and where you can catch the bus into Cairns one way or beautiful Palm Cove beach the other way. The fare is only 25 cents for any journey ! And the service is so quick and efficient. We were in Cairns within 20 minutes. There is so much to do and see in and around Cairns. The Church was a beautiful place for us to have as our home base to explore the tablelands. Check in was super easy with the lock box and the church itself was cute and homey, exactly what we wanted for our getaway. Our first morning here happened to be my husband's birthday so we appreciated having eggs, milk, butter and bread provided for our breakfast, such a lovely touch. We had absolutely no troubles or need to contact the hosts however their clear welcome instructions and friendly attitude means I wouldn't have hesitated to reach out if needed. We would stay here again.

SUNDREAM is an absolutely beautiful property. Whether the weather is good or bad the view is truly spectacular. The house is very open and light, and the upstairs main bedroom is a dream. The host was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. The only downside was the lack of blockout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. This made getting my little one to sleep very difficult, so having the option to have the room dark would have been great. Overall I would highly recommend this property ☺️

Excellent location to base ourselves for our week in FNQ. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Gabby even had fresh bread, milk, bacon, eggs and fruit ready for our arrival. Highly recommend

Karin is a wonderful hostess... when we arrived the fridge was stocked with milk, butter, fruit - she had supplied everything needed for breakfast. I had seen comments to this effect from Karin herself and in reviews by other guests but it was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.

A great location with views over the lakes and the added bonus of the Osprey Nest. Short walk to local park. Handy to drive to nearby attractions or a little further into Cairns CBD just 10 mins away. Neat and tidy, easy to find, all you need.

Pix was very easy to work with. The place was ready with the lights and air conditioning on when we arrived. Everything was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was easy to use even being outside, and the beautiful beach was just a stroll through the yard. There were plenty of towels, shampoo, and everything we needed. The sounds of the frogs at night was such a treat to hear. We had a perfect stay.

Beautiful Airbnb with a true Balinese vibe. The room itself is lovely and clean with everything you need. Anne and Fernando are very friendly hosts and provide an amazing breakfast each day. Just a 20 minute drive from Port Douglas. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical weather.

Phenomenal! Beautiful location, wonderful hosts, peaceful - an oasis from the go, go, go. Edge Hill is easy to get around and close to inner city Cairns. Julie went above and beyond. She picked me up at airport, drop me off and picked me up from a day trip, and dropped me at airport. Definitely super host and I didn't want to leave. And the pool! A fantastic place and highly recommend!!

Geweldige tijd gehad! Ontzettend vriendelijk en goed geholpen door de man van Jules (we zijn zijn naam even vergeten, sorry). Hij gaf goede tips voor de omgeving en met zijn tip hebben we zelfs het geluk gehad om een cassowary te zien! Verder was het appartement perfect! Erg schoon, een fijn bed en goede badkamer en buiten keuken! Ook erg fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Mochten wij weer in de buurt zijn zullen wij zeker nog een keer boeken, erg bedankt voor de gast vrijheid.

Julie’s place was absolutely spotless and provided a safe, comfortable haven for our Christmas stay. The location was wonderfully quiet and perfectly dark at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight, featuring delicious tropical fruits. This is the best BnB I have stayed in due to its exceptional cleanliness and the host’s effective communication. Highly recommend staying here!

Stunning separate bungalow with beautiful bedroom and bathroom....in a Botanical Garden with more than 600 plants....just an oasis!.... Also loved the yummy breakfasts with baguette from Le Crouton. Thank you for the lovely chats early in the morning and for cleaning during 4-day stay and water.

lovely space, accommodating in terms of kitchen (microwave, 2x hot plate) and washing machine which is separate from the main house. bathroom and bedroom very clean. breakfast very generous.
