Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Best airbnb ever!!! The location was perfect, right by the main downtown but still removed enough to feel cozy. Charming old florida style, felt like an apartment/homey vs a sterile airbnb. Safe neighborhood, gorgeous. And Spinster Abbotts is a must - do trivia on Wednesdays!

I would definitely stay here again! The property was clean, and had everything we needed. Stan was super easy to communicate with.

Just as pictured! Sandra was a kind and very responsive host. The home was in a perfect location—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to town. Having beach chairs provided was a huge plus for us and saved us from having to rent. The only minor downside (and really not a big deal) was the lack of cookie sheets or pizza pans, which made cooking certain things a little tricky—but we improvised! Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Perfect studio for a quick getaway and we loved the massive shower! Host was very responsive and included all the details we would need. Close walking distance to downtown so no hassle with parking. Super quiet area and very easy process to check in/check out. Thank you so much! ☀️

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

We liked everything about our stay. Location was close to everything. Perfect back yard for our dog. Very nice screen porch to sit and relax. The master bathroom was my favorite part of the house:) After a long day at the beach getting back to soak in the tub was just what I needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

It looked just like the pictures on the web site. Very easy to find. Very clean. Lovely neighborhood. Kelly was very easy to understand and deal with. This was my first time staying at an AB&B. Only place to stay from now on.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. An absolutely perfect place to stay. I loved the quick walk to the beach, and the condo was adorable!

This location had the perfect beach only steps from the condo. The area is serene T night and I slept with the windows open to listen to the waves.

We spent a great three weeks at this condo. We loved that we could bring our pet and that it was a dog friendly beach which was an easy walk from the condo. The heated pool was also a major plus and we swam in it almost daily. There are a ton of restaurants around that are either walkable or a short drive which was a major plus. The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a King sized bed and ensuite and then our guests had their own bathroom also. The washer and dryer in the unit were also of great benefit. Kristine was very easy and responsive and made check in and out super easy. We also loved St Augustine beach and restaurants and St Augustine downtown is a must do. All in all we had a great three weeks at this home away from home!

Great space, owners, weather, food, drink and Uber. Loved it
