Great place at Nicol’s. The unit location is very close to the pool so the kids has easier access. The room is pretty, clean and as per photos. Top notch service from Nicol, i left my sweater there and she helped me arranged courier post delivery to my malaysia address. Will definitely be back to this unit one day..

**First-Time Check-In Experience** During our initial check-in, we noticed the room had an issue with fruit flies or drain flies. We immediately contacted the staff, and they were very responsive—they quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much better in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. **Room Feedback** The first room’s toilet had a noticeable drain smell, which was a bit unpleasant. In the second room, the only minor issues were a non-working ventilation fan in the bathroom and slightly yellowish pillowcases. These are small fixes that could easily be addressed. **Positive Highlights** The balcony offered a fantastic view, even though it was a bit small. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt service from the staff. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Cheers!

Great stay! The unit was extremely clean and tidy. We brought two infants, and had no issues. Nearby restaurants too. Thanks Mc for catering to all needs. Definitely looking forward when we are @ Genting!

One of the best host that I have met. Friendly, fast respond and great follow up. Host ensure you are comfortable with the stay. The unit is clean, spacious and look exact as posted photos. Great stay and happy with it.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Genting, has everything you need including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Easy to get in and out. Easy to arrange a shuttle up to the top of Genting. Everything we needed for a quick comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view. Beautiful location. impeccable sunrise. Gem for nature lover. Quiet. Private.peaceful. perfect for solo, couple, or small group of friends. Do expect some insects and mosquitoes. Prepare repellent. The only downside is we do spotted some small roaches aside from insects and bugs. But the environment is generally clean.

Clean and nice cosy house. Cleanliness can be improved. Host was friendly and helpful, however the response rate before and after check in took longer than expected. It was a nice gesture for late checkouts, but still caught in the jam leaving the building from the parking lot. Still recommended to all

Great place to stay when you want to visit genting. Very comfortable, cozy, peaceful place. it is not really noisy. great communication and service from the host. awesome recommendation from the host to me about vegetarian food. definitely will rent this apartment again when i visit genting

What a wonderful place to stay in an outstanding location. The accommodation was perfect for Christmas in Malaysia - cool weather in the clouds, relaxing with nature. Fraser Hill is a beautiful place that I can not wait to return to. Yoke Cho's apartment suit our family of 3 perfectly, but could easily sleep more. Well appointed with good-sided fridge and cooking facilities, comfortable beds and hot showers. Any issues were quickly attended to (internet was an issue at times - probably due to weather conditions - but quickly resolved). We loved sitting on the deck and watch the clouds float by and the birds and monkeys playing in the forest right outside the door. We took some board games, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. For adventure lovers, Bishop Walk was worth doing and manageable (allow 1.5-2hrs round-trip walk from the accomodation). Christmas Eve dinner at Smokehouse was an elegant feast. All in all, 10/10 for this short-stay vacation. We can't wait to return.

Joanne is a great host. The self check in instruction given was very clear. House was very clean. Good for a night stay with family. Location wise, it's ok of u have your own transport. Short driving distance to the mini town with lots of food n restaurants. Recommended!

The place we stayed had a rustic feel, and it was very peaceful since the villa next to it was unoccupied. Surrounded by plants and trees, this location is a perfect retreat from the hectic city. We had access to the Jacuzzi, which looked great and clean, although we chose not to use it. Additionally, the kitchen was superb and well-equipped. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of food options just a 7-minute drive away. The location is excellent, and the host, Kenneth, was very responsive and patiently answered my questions. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the caretaker, Ali, who warmly welcomed us with a smile and showed us around.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa ! The place was clean, spacious and well-maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host, Beth, was super helpful and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly. My family, especially my mom, truly enjoyed celebrating Raya here 🦋. This apt is not that far from skyworld avenue. u can go to skyworld by grab or shuttle bus provided from grand ion delement. The beds are comfy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. It is a very recommended place to chill and relax to escape the hectic work life.

I had a wonderful stay at Yew's place! The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the cozy duvet and the thoughtful addition of an HDMI cable and extra adapter—it made my stay even more convenient. The only downside was the noise in the morning, as it's located near a mosque, but that’s really the only minor issue. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many restaurants and a food court. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others and return myself. Thanks again!

Overall a good stay, Gavin and Joanne are both very responsive. There’s cleaner staying nearby as well which is very helpful if you need them. Just one note that the room outside the house is not usable. We were only informed by the cleaner after we have arrived. The rest are near to perfect. Will recommend to others

Merdeka House is a truly gem in Bentong. It looks traditional and majestic and makes my grandma remember the old days. Nearby there is a morning market with great breakfast. The host June is very proactive, she attended to me at 10+pm for the cut off of electricity supply and manage to find a technician to fix the issue. The front room is noisy during nighttime is known before I proceed with the booking. Just to remind others who is a vey light sleeper.

recommended for a familly/friend trip. very generous with the amount of towel they provide. but the water pressure for hot water was not that good. you can use high pressure but the water will not be hot.
