We had a wonderful family break, using Louise’s home as our base in the Cotswolds. There were so many little considerations in the house that made it feel very homely. A great stay and we hope to be back!

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Wendy was a super friendly, helpful and responsive host from the moment I enquired about booking until the moment we checked out. Her place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb, a real home from home. It’s cosy and comfortable and stylish throughout and feels very spacious considering it’s a maisonette. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a two night stay to visit friends nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area and we’d recommend to anyone else. We chose this cottage for a stop over to visit Warner Bros Studios and it was perfect. It's quirky layout and uneven floors made us feel as though we had strayed into the Weasley's house and put us all in the right move for our visit the following day. The cottage has everything you need and more and Jo is a thoughtful host who left us essentials and some treats which made us feel right at home. With a friendly pub next door we would thoroughly recommend the cottage however light sleepers might need to pack some ear plugs as the front bedrooms are close to the road.

Great few days at Bakery Cottage. The cottage is beautiful, very cosy and comfortable and the extra touches like snacks for us and our dog were really appreciated. There are some really lovely walks in the area, and it’s not far from some lovely pubs. Rachel gave us really helpful directions to find the property with ease and in the welcome pack there was some great information on the local area too.

Visited Owls Barn for a birthday celebration with friends and family and a baby. Beautifully decorated spacious barn. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great location. Wonderful walks from the doorstep. Already planning return trip next year. And we saw the Tawny Owl on the garden fence on the last morning which was a real treat.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Excellent barn to stay on with fantastic grounds and fabulous pool and hot tub. David is an attentive host and deals with any issues instantly Highly recommended

really enjoyed our stay in this tiny place. good to be aware there is no lounge area (inside though there is outside) - it is really small, and not much window! but it is very sweet and in the loveliest quiet spot beside a canal - so the walks etc were gorgeous and it was a good base. we had some issues early on but Heather was really responsive and helpful and someone came over and sorted us out quickly and with minimum fuss. For that reason I am giving 5 stars. They do seem to care about your comfort. Lovely quirky place for 2.

Nicky was a great host and the house was very clean, well kitted out and a lovely relaxing place to stay. My girls loved the tennis court and we would definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Really lovely cabin, well looked after and very clean. Host was very helpful and pleasant. As others have written, the cabin is located near the house and not quite in the middle of the woods as expected, but hosts fully respected privacy and we only saw them on arrival. Toilet is a little cramped but otherwise everything was perfect. A really lovely stay

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

A really lovely solo stay (with the dog). The place has everything you’d need for a short stay. The outside space is lovely… even though the pooch wanted to go and hang out with the neighbours. Loads of cute villages nearby and lots of country walks. I’ll come again if they let me!

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

We have had a lovely stay at Lucy’s place! Lucy was a great host and really helpful. Location was great and was 10 minutes from everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast bits left were a lovely add and made our stay. We bumped into Lucy, her partner and their doggy and they were lovely! Would recommend anyone looking for a weekend away. X

Wow! What a fantastic lodge and fantastic hosts. The views of the reservoir are simply stunning. Will and Ella couldn’t do enough for us. We had the best time and will be returning in the future for sure. Thanks again guys

Great place. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The house was clean and tidy with good facilities. No dedicated parking, but plenty of on street parking. We found a space right outside the house every time we came back. Adam was a good host, we had no problems, but he was very responsive with a couple of queries we had. Some basic supplies were provided, eg milk, bread, butter, breakfast cereal etc which was good. As it was Easter, he even threw in a couple of little chocolate eggs which was a nice suprise. Overall, I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this 100%
