You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus im Kroatischen Style, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt mit schöner Gartenanlage und Pool. Mit Hund perfekt, komplett umzäunt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sympathisch.

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein wunderbarer, friedlicher, sehr ruhiger Platz mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Wald. Dies war sicher einer der besten Unterkünfte, die ich je gebucht habe. Dies ist so ein Platz, den man am liebsten nie verlassen möchte. Das Dorf Griziane mit einem Geschäft und eine kleine Bar ist nicht weit vom Haus und man ist in 10 Minuten in Grikvenica am Hausstrand wo es etliche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und sehr viele Erkundungen gemacht und es war jedes Mal wunderschön an diesen besonderen Platz zurück zu kehren. Maya war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr nett und sympathisch und sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Danke Maja für diese ganz besondere Oase der Ruhe . Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren . Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

Notre hôte était très réactive et arrangeante : Merci Christiana Le logement était spacieux et très joliment agencé. La vue est vraiment magnifique et la piscine parfaite. Ravni est une belle destination, avec de très belles vues sur l'Adriatique, toutefois nous mettrions un bémol sur l'accessibilité des commerces (20min de route vers Labin).

Maja’s place was amazing. It looked exactly like the photos and the hot tub was amazing. Maja was very responsive and very flexible and attended all of our wishes. Would definetely reccomend the place and will definetely be coming back! ☺️

Een enorm leuke ervaring, bij deze ontzettend lieve mensen. We kwamen met 5 personen en een baby hier terecht. We hadden ook nog een trailer met auto erop bij. (Was dat weekend een auto show in jadranovo) Het was even zoeken voor parkeerplaats last minut. Maar ze hebben zoveel moeite gedaan om ons een veilige parkeerplaats te geven. Ze zijn zelfs tot op kruispunt gekomen om ons de weg te wijzen. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om even te genieten op vakantie. Je hoeft ze maar te sturen en ze staan voor je klaar. Ze hadden zelfs een kinder zwembadje voor de baby gebracht. Wij hebben er zeker van genoten! De jacuzzi en het zwembad, waren dan ook wel een groot pluspunt. We zouden hier alleen al terug willen komen voor de mensen zelf. Het centrum van Rijeka viel wel wat tegen. Er was weinig te doen, vies en onverzorgd.

Fin da subito c'è stata riservata un'ottima accoglienza, l'alloggio era pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort! L'appartamento si trova molto vicino a delle belle spiagge (a noi piacciono quelle più selvagge che si raggiungono a piedi) ed è di fronte alla strada statale che ti collega comodamente alle cittadine lungo la costa. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione alla raccolta differenziata e l'angolino sotto la veranda dove cenare all'aperto. Inoltre l'host Daniel ci ha dato ottimi consigli! È stato bello soggiornare presso Daniel&Tomi!

Odlična lokacija. Iz balkona in kuhinje je res lep pogled na morje. Stanovanje je opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, prav tako je opremljena kuhinja. Manjkala mi je samo pečica. V bližini je veliko parkirišče in dolga urejena sprehajalna pot ob morju. Jelena je prijazna in odzivna, definitivno priporočam.

Es un amor, tuve problemas con el transporte y llegué muy tarde pero ahi estaba ella esperandome para recibirme en persona, hacerme un tour del lugar y ofrecerme algo para comer y beber, de verdad que fue una experiencia muy agradable y calida, senti que me trataron de la misma manera en que una abuelita consiente a sus nietos

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

We stayed at Matthias’ place for over two months, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any host – hands down! Matthias is an incredible person and a truly amazing host. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. He provided us with all the essential information we needed, gave us a winter pass for free museum visits (which was a game-changer!). His local insights and warm personality made our stay unforgettable. I genuinely hope we can stay friends in the future – Matthias is that kind of person you want to keep in your life. The apartment itself? Absolute perfection. It’s located at one of the highest points in Rijeka, which means you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the port. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard – seriously, the view alone is worth the stay! But it’s not just about the view or the location – it’s the feeling of being welcome

We had a perfect stay at Weronika & Antuns apartment. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Weronika & Antun was very accommodating and had many good tips of restaurants and beaches close by 😎. We would absolutely stay there again when we go back to Opatija.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick auf Meer. Vor allem der Whirlpool war bei noch nicht so warmem Wetter im April ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgesäten was man benötigt. Ivan war hat und sehr herzlich empfangen unf stand jederzeit für Fragen bereit. Vorab gab es schon eine Reihe von Tipps zur Gegen. Der private Tennisplatz, Sauna und buchbare Massagen bitten extra Luxus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder buchen.

Das Apartment ist ganz nett und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Es liegt auf einem Berg aber das war okay weil wir einfach mit dem Auto hinunter gefahren sind um zum Meer zu kommen und kostenlos an der Straße geparkt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
