Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

We loved our stay with Audie from the moment we reached out to make the booking. Audie was immediately responsive, kind, flexible and super helpful. Audie’s hosting was fantastic, and the house was even better! We’ve stayed in plenty of houses in the Pines and the Grove and we all agreed it was our favorite and well worth the price. There was plenty of space for the four of us to hang out, and the house had all the amenities we could ask for - a huge pool, cozy hot tub, a beautiful rooftop deck to watch the sunset, grill, perfect kitchen and steps from a great area of the beach. Audie’s instructions to get inside were clear and easy to follow. And again, Audie was extremely responsive whenever we had questions during our stay. We loved our stay here!

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

We had a great stay at Manuel P's cottage. The location is very favorable and convenient, and the backyard with pool and patio was outstanding and very private with the tall hedges surrounding it. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful experience renting from Lily. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and kitchen tool that we needed for the two families of 4 during our stay. Having two side by side outdoor showers was a game changer and made the entire experience super easy for a large group like ours post-beach every day. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly probably the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in, and we use AirBnb a lot. The place is immaculate, and everything seemed brand new. It is even much nicer than the photos online show, and I feel it's even bigger than the pictures show. I forgot my charger at the unit, and she contacted me right away and saved it for me. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. The location is great, on a quiet dead end street. The neighborhood is very quiet. 10 minute drive to Southampton Village and just a few minutes from Ponquogue Ocean beach. The backyard is huge and pretty. The rooms are sunny and bright. Everything seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were pristine. Kitchen had coffee, and there is a Hampton Coffee 5 minutes away. Design and decor were really top notch. There is a little table and chairs outside. She leaves beach towels! There is even a little electric fireplace. A truly perfect stay and Ana is so nice! Can't wait to come back.

We absolutely loved Michael's cottage. It is a ~15 minute walk from the village and is on a quiet street. The cottage feels like a beach house but is very well appointed and homey. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone else! We were in town from Florida visiting family in Rocky Point for Christmas and chose Melissa’s property as our place to stay. We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was a perfect size for our family and our son had a great time playing in the yard and the playground right next door. Our hosts were super responsive the couple of times we needed something. We'll definitely be back!

I stayed for 17 nights during September. Would highly recommend Katharine’s charming beach cottage to any traveler looking to spend time in Sag Harbor. The home is full of light. Spent many evenings enjoying dinner outside on the deck. I didn’t have a car but I brought my bike from the city. The walk into the main Sag Harbor village takes 35 mins, or 10 mins bike.

Great place for discovering the Hamptons, suitable for up to 6 guests easily and well laid out.

I had a wonderful stay at Chris’s Southampton home! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Chris was an exceptional host—his communication was clear, timely, and super helpful throughout the entire stay. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

The cottage is steps from the beach. You can hear the waves crashing in the house. The natural light inside is stellar and the wraparound deck always has both shady and sunny spots to relax, read, etc. There is a very useful laundry setup in a small basement utility shed and an outdoor shower with hot water. You are under 10 minutes walking to/from the ferry and harbor area. There are two water filters available for drinking water and the WiFi was strong and reliable throughout our stay.

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!
