4.5 rounded up to 5. Lovely quiet safe neighborhood. Excellent location near Gathering Place. Spacious living & dining areas. Loads of children’s books, playthings. Ample supplies, implements to clean you, kids, pets, floor, clothes. Excellent water pressure in shower. Recommend 13-15” stool for kids under 42” at 2 sinks. A/C great relief in 100-105 temps. Ice maker doesn’t work, no ice trays. Rice cooker broken; we cooked rice in shallow pan. Recommend small or medium pot. Coffee maker faulty, needs replacement. 50 gold-rimmed plates; only 1 no-gold plate. Recommend ≥ 6 microwave-safe plates. Rugs in LR & BR2 tripping hazards. Highly recommend owners rectify for safety. Lighting very good in all rooms but bunkroom. Requested replacement of 1 dead bulb in ceiling; next day host changed out 2 but inferior wattage made room even dimmer. Overall, family enjoyed comfortable stay, had fun in Tulsa. Will consider returning esp. if hosts accept recommendations.

Beautiful well equipped house and hot tub is great. There’s 1 bedroom downstairs and all the others are upstairs. We had planned on using the black stone griddle for fajitas but it was super rusted. Lots of room for a large group or family.

Has a great vibe. Loved the design and decor. Beautiful townhouse. The hosts provided a lot of extras. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!! I would recommend staying here!

Cute place in a renovated historic building. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Clean and soft linens and towels. Close to downtown restaurants and bars.

very accommodating, nice upscale area, (will be even better when the lewis road construction is finished), small studio, but for the price, works well for longer stays. I needed almost a month, and it fit my budget well. The building is older, therefore do not expect to see new build out, more of a 1960's feel.

I had an amazing month at this apartment! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect - close to grocery stores, restaurants, and my office. While the building itself is super, added security would enhance the overall experience. Recommended!

Poolside Tiny House w/ Hot Tub - No Cleaning Fee!

This place was such a perfect getaway! I enjoyed all the extra goodies Chelsea and Todd provided, we were able to enjoy a relaxing movie night and when an unexpected headache threatened our good time, there was ibuprofen in the cabinet. I felt like we were staying in a luxurious resort while swimming in the gorgeous pool. Our hosts were perfect, always there when a response was needed but we didn't see or hear from them otherwise. Easy and clear directions on everything, we'll definitely be keeping this place in mind next time we're in the area!

Great stay! Apartment was just as described. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Felt safe for two females alone. Only downside is the street noise overnight, but to be expected in a downtown area. Super close to many great bars,restaurants and concert venues.

Historic Boutique Experience - The Mayo Suite

An incredible stay in Tulsa made possible thanks to the Mayo. They really did a great job making this place feel like a 5 star hotel experience back when that really meant something. The room was incredible, more like a studio apartment than any hotel room, and was incredibly comfortable. At times my partner and I were able to do work in one room while the other could hang out in the other room. The kitchen was also amazing. Full accomddations, again much more like an apartment than a hotel. But when you needed extras, room service, local recomendations, coffee bar downstairs or drinks on the roof, they had all of it. Would absolutely stay there again. For those visiting to do things, it was about 10 minutes walk from some of the great downtown districts for bars, restaurants, clubs and event centers. Definitely come here for a few days and check it all out.

This home was so beautiful and charming! Jentre was very quick to communicate instructions, suggestions, and greetings. The neighborhood was safe, charming, and quiet. The historic beauty of the home was complimented by the gorgeous decor. I would recommend this property and this host ten out of ten times to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tulsa.

Very convenient to downtown Tulsa, while still feeling secluded. Great amenities on site with fire pits, grill, corn hole, back patio with TV, etc. Host was very responsive and friendly via text. Overall great experience and would recommend.

The Rose Retreat - Walk to the Rose District

Our stay was perfection from start to finish. We road tripped from the west coast to Broken Arrow to spend time with family who live there. It was not just a weekend getaway. Ashton and company were so friendly and accommodating! they extended our stay on short notice both when we arrived and when we checked out allowing us to check in a day early and at the end of our stay, letting us add an additional day as well. We felt completely comfortable and at home our entire stay. Everyone loved the comfortable beds and we were easily able to keep the temperature at our desired comfort level. We did laundry with no issue and while we absolutely did our best to pick up after ourselves and leave the home in great condition, I have to say it was WONDERFUL (like cherry on top 🍒) to not have a chore list to complete upon checkout! If you are debating on booking, stop it and do it. You will not be disappointed in any way. We will try to stay here every time we come to visit!!

David was absolutely amazing. The house was so nice and clean. The kitchen was WELL stocked with anything you could need. We were traveling with some cheerleaders and they left ice cream and toppings which was truly an amazing plus to show up to. The beds were comfortable. There is a great walking trail that leads to a park right out the back yard. The patio is absolutely beautiful and a great place to relax at night. These host are truly genuinely good people and I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

I truly enjoyed my time at Sherry's house. It was clean, comfy, and well organized, and Sherry was an excellent communicator. Great location with proximity to the University of Tulsa. I recommend!
