We had a fabulous family stay at Club Casita! The location was perfect, in a beautiful peaceful spot by the river, but just a 5 minute stroll into Christchurch town centre and about 30 mins walk (5 min drive) to the beach. The lodges are all well set apart with plenty of private space, it’s a lovely place. The lodge itself was well appointed and really comfortable - especially loved the log burner and vinyl record player! Candice and Dan are wonderful hosts - very responsive, friendly and helpful. In the summer there are kayaks for use and a sauna/cold plunge too…can’t wait to return to enjoy it all! Thanks again to Candice and Dan for a wonderful break, see you again soon!

We loved our stay at Linda’s chalet by the sea. Its perfectly located for visiting family and has everything we need as a family of four with two young children. Two bathrooms including a bath and shower and a washing machine so we can pack a little lighter and wash as we go! The chalet was comfy, cosy and clean and perfectly located for walks on the beach. The biscuits were a lovely touch too.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at James and Hazel's place. kitchen equipped with utensils and foil so we could make a Sunday roast. As described and just up the road from our family. would definitely stay again. Thanks

We had a great holiday! We have stayed on the site several times before because we love the location and the bay so much and this is the nicest chalet we have stayed in so far. Great host, lovely decor, free of clutter but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Below Decks was a fantastic location for our first visit to Swanage - couldn't have been more centrally located right on the sea front. All restaurants and attractions were within easy walking distance. The house itself was beautifully compact yet plenty large enough inside with all amenities needed for a perfect stay. Very homely and having a car parking space was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely little stay at Grant’s. It was very cosy, very clean and the extra touch of milk and snacks was super handy and thoughtful. The location is great too. There is a park very close by which my kids loved. The beach is a short walk too. There was a halal restaurant (Jaffran) 7 mins drive, they also do delivery if you can pay by cash. Tesco is also close by. We only stayed 2 nights and that wasn’t really enough to fully explore the area and really enjoy it. I’d recommend staying longer if you have kids. Overall, lovely little place, friendly host and great area.

We enjoyed being so close to the sea, with easy access to so many activities. We had a lovely walk to Priory Bay, trips to Bembridge (ate at the Beach Hut) as well as Ventnor Gardens and Osborne House. We wished we could have stayed longer than just a few days. Laura's place was cosy, quiet and comfortable. She communicated clearly and was on hand to help.

This was a great relaxing spot. The views were stunning and it was easily walkable (although be aware steeply uphill since the boardwalk was being fixed) to lots of great restaurants. Easily drivable to lots of interesting spots within 20-30 minutes. A great spot to relax and unwind.

We had a few days staying here . It was so quiet and a lovely location , bed was very comfortable and had everything that we needed . We took our dogs and there were some lovely walks , also the garden of the bungalow was perfect for them , very secure. Thanks Lesley , we will be back 😄

Laura was great! So responsive and clear answers! Her place was just lovely! We stayed there as a family of three and it felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect too, it is only a 5 minute drive away from the floating bridge and another 2 minutes from the ferry port. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the island as it’s a really good base, the high street is about a 2 minute walk and there are two supermarkets very close by! We stayed at William’s place as a family of 11 adults with 3 children. William was very quick to respond to queries and gave clear instructions for how to get to the property and how to check in. We had plenty of space for everyone at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. The kids enjoyed the large jacuzzi in one of the en-suites and the annex was also comfortable. Location was good. We were very close to the New Forest National Park and 20 mins drive to Bournemouth. Only thing we didn’t enjoy so much was the driveway off from the main road to get to the house which was just a dirt track with lots of potholes. We had a great stay and would be happy to come again.

We just enjoyed a family holiday with our 7 month old baby & 2 year old toddler so the property was perfect being all on one level with a bedroom for each of the children. The location was great within walking/driving distance to the beach. We also went to Monkey World and Tiger Day at the Tank Museum of which both were within a 30/40 minute journey by car. Rich’s property was beautifully designed, clean & spacious for our family needs. I would highly recommend booking this property ☺️

Had a lovely stay! Hot tub and sauna was excellent when the weather wasn’t great. Felt thoroughly relaxed by the time we left. Will visit again in the future.

Lovely Airbnb in a lovely village right on the coastal path. Nice private garden . Private parking space. When we arrived we found a home made cake, wine, bacon, eggs, milk, yoghurt and butter which was a lovely surprise. Cottage was very well equipped. Rooms all a good size. We loved the location of Niton on the south side of the Island. Tim (and dog Scooby) were very friendly and even joined us for drinks one night.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est identique à la description, parfaitement situé, au calme, sans parler de la vue et du coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse. Le terrain de foot était un gros plus pour mes fils, il y a également un terrain de golf et mini golf, avec équipements disponibles. La plage est accessible à pieds, en 5 minutes. Caroline, l'hôte, est très disponible et réactive. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver la clé à notre arrivée, et sans avoir à attendre 2 minutes, le problème a été résolu. Je recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
