Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

I have stayed in quite a few Air BnBs & I have to say this is my favourite. From the moment we met Aid he was welcoming & friendly. When we entered the house we had been travelling for nearly 8 hours & were tired & hungry. We were met with the most cosy welcoming home.. Aid gave us a quick tour of the house & recommended the chippy round the corner for tea - which was excellent! …Better than that though was the tea, coffee & milk that had been supplied for us and I’ve never enjoyed a coffee so much! The cupboards had extra bits in too to get us started - very thoughtful & perfect when you have a young family! This wasn’t just a house it was our home for a week & we couldn’t have been happier. Very clean! Well placed near the town & so cosy to come home to each evening. Comfortable beds, extra bedding & towels in the cupboards. Loved the shower & bath facilities. The scrabble game was well used too! Me & my 5 family members (Aged 8 - 65) would highly recommend this Air BnB!

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

We all had a fantastic holiday, it was our first time as a blended family and we all had lots of space to both interact together quiet/private time too. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and kids. Overall a great place for a family / large group and a great base for the surrounding area / south coast

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

Brilliant home. We stayed for a 60th birthday so a mixture of ages, and we all loved it! The pub was a great touch! House was very clean and tidy, easy to find, great communications with owners, would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Beautiful maisonnette with stunning views, perfect location over looking the estuary. The conservatory was comfortable for relaxing ideal for a morning coffee. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and good electric shower. It was spotless! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos—clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Adam was incredibly helpful, and the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

I had a really lovely stay at Windynook! Mike was very friendly and welcoming - he showed me around, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The accommodation was so cosy and homely, beautifully decorated and furnished with just enough in it to make it feel homely but not at all cluttered. The bed was really comfortable and I slept better than at home! The details were thoughtful, like providing small boxes of breakfast cereal, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped and I had everything I needed, and Mike told me about several local shops and restaurants too. Check in and out was really easy, and Mike, his wife and their dogs were all very friendly - we had a lovely chat on arrival. I felt it was good value for money, because the accommodation was of a high standard and in a nice location, with so many thoughtful details provided. Thanks again Mike, for being a great host! 😊

We had a fantastic time at Gills apartment. It was such a great little apartment, everything was there that we needed annd felt very well taken care of….. even crabbing equipment which we could borrow. It was very clean and tidy apartment whilst keeping that homely comfortable feeling. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and there was a handy Lidl just a couple of minutes walk away. The hot tub was also a great extra. All in all I genuinely think this place a is a great little spot to go and visit. Thanks so much Gill, we will be back again to lovely teignmouth!

Thankyou for an amazing stay at your beautiful flat, it is in such an incredible location and Exmouth is a really pretty place to visit. The space was beauitfully clean, comfortable and had everything we needed - the added touch of scones jam and cream was a lovely bonus. We will return !

Becky's place is superb. The large (spotlessly clean) windows open fully onto stunning views, which are unmatched at the price. The bed is supremely comfortable. It's like a cabin bed, needing a little climb up and a large porthole window. This allows an unfettered view out through the main window. The bathroom is spotless, as is the entire chalet. It's the cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in. The immaculate beach is a nice 15 minute walk. If you are struggling to walk, don't come to Devon. It's beautiful, but will definitely challenge the immobile and unfit. However, there is no better stay in Devon than this chalet. We cannot recommend Becky's place enough. TY!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We had a wonderful stay at Jill’s gorgeous home - so brilliant to stay somewhere that has such a variety of handy amenities and lovely furnishings! We were unlucky with a noisy family in an upstairs holiday apartment but that would not put us off booking again as the place more than made up for it! Super communication and we would love to stay again!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!
