Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

This is a perfect cottage in a perfect spot. We have loved coming here again. Everything was great with the accomodation, well equiped, comfy beds, love the log burner, really appreciate the parking permit. Nothing negative to say, wish I lived here. Thanks for a great stay.

Matthew was a fantastic host, extremely prompt with his reply clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. the apartment was better than the pictures. beautifully decorated, with so much space. Location is in the heart of the town so perfect for a seaseaside break in a Teignmouth. We will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jill’s gorgeous home - so brilliant to stay somewhere that has such a variety of handy amenities and lovely furnishings! We were unlucky with a noisy family in an upstairs holiday apartment but that would not put us off booking again as the place more than made up for it! Super communication and we would love to stay again!

A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need and in a great location, close to the beach as well as the town centre, but quiet as well. And best of all, the flat has super views of the Estuary and the spectacular sunsets. Jennifer is a great host, helpful and friendly. We've had a very relaxing break, and definitely hope to be back. Highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Claire’s, it was our first time away with our dog and the flat was absolutely perfect for the two of us and our Labrador. We loved having our own separate garden area which had a gorgeous view, and the flat had everything we needed. Claire was the perfect host, she gave great recommendations and was kind enough to let us use the hose in her back garden after we had been paddle boarding nearby. It was a great location to explore Shaldon from as it was less than a 10 minute walk down to the beach front and high street, so we didn’t use the car at all while we were here and left it parked on the drive outside the flat all week. Would absolutely recommend staying here, thank you again Claire!

absolute perfect for a long weekend. cooking facilities, clean bathroom and a perfectly comfortable pullout double bed.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We returned because we loved it so much, and we will return again in the future... Perfect hosts, accomodation and location. ❤️

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Great little 2 bedroom home, good location and walkable into Brixham Town (25/30 minutes). Didn’t get chance to use all the facilities as there was plenty on offer in the local area. Had a lovely break away during Easter.

The caravan was spotless and in a great location on the site, the view was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable infact I will miss that bed 😀. everything was great I would happily go back there. Hayley has made the caravan very homely..son enjoyed the collection of DVDs !

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.

We can't wait to re-book. Had a wonderful stay, great set up that was perfect for families. Wonderful location. Easy to find with access to restaurants and entertainment, while still quiet at night.

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

The house was wonderful and we felt privileged to be able to spend a little time in the incredible location. Only a couple of teeny disappointments in elements that might have enhanced our experience further and that was the bed linen which was all feather, which is a slight issue to some of our family members, there were no spare loo rolls in the house! Which was inconvenient in the middle of the night and there was a coffee machine with no capsules and no other coffee making options. Bonnie did respond to this last issue immediately though and had a couple of cafetières delivered within minutes! Thank you for our lovely stay at Bantham house, we hope to be able to return one day.

The apartment was excellent with a wonderful view overlooking Teignmouth sea front. The bedrooms also had lovely views of the Teign Estuary. The apartment was spotless, and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The decor and space is fantastic. Fabulous hotel quality towels and lovely bedding. Well equipped kitchen. No welcome extras or local shop, so pick up milk on the way in. We had a Tesco delivery and saw a Morrisons van too. We didn’t use the courtyard, but as described, it is a useful storage space. Personally, I wouldn’t use it as it was down a grubby alley of bins and is dull. Probably better in warmer season though. Torcross is very quiet and tired out of season, but it was a good place from which to explore. We went up and over to the next cove. Sadly, it has had a lot of storm damage and is dangerous. South Devon is full of wonderful beaches though. Hope Cove is gorgeous! Note that there is a small car park immediately outside the front door - convenient for parking (we never had a problem finding a space), but lots of coming and going and care needed with dog/children.

We spent a relaxing few days at the Beach House which is in a lovely spot with fabulous sea views. It was cosy and warm during our stay in March. It's perfect for coast path walks and the Village Pub in Thurlestone is only 10-15 minutes on foot.

We were welcomed on arrival by Deborah's husband Doug. Deborah had kindly left us milk in the fridge and something sweet to have with our first cup of tea. The property itself was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay and the heating, which we needed a couple of mornings, was easy to use and warmed up quickly. There was a problem with connecting to the WiFi which Doug rectified quickly. The location was very good for walking the Exe Coast Path and was about a mile from the town centre and a mile and a half to the beach. The property is on a busy road so care needs to be taken when pulling on and off the drive, but there is no road noise in the bungalow. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful, easy stay. Absolutely loved it as 2 people one who loves camping, the other who doesn’t camp. This is the perfect in between. Lou is very responsive, great recommendations, lovely accommodation, original, clever set up. Beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much.
