This apartment was very convenient to the locations we were headed to. Did a day trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. One thing to take into consideration when choosing this place is the fact that it’s in the heart of town. We were awakened early in the morning from the traffic and garbage truck.

Lakefront Retreat

One of the best views in the Finger Lakes. Early spring the area was quiet, which was just what we wanted. The space was well arranged and decorated, and extremely comfortable. Diane had anticipated every need. Both Canandaigua and Naples are just a few miles away. We look forward to a return stay in the fall.

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

The Place

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

The Waterside Nook

2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo located in the rear of the house. Separate, private entrance from the house. Guests can use all outdoor amenities that come with the house: Covered deck, Hot tub, Lake, Kayaks, Fire Pit, Grill and more! (shared with the owner) Friendly owner does live onsite in the main house. Rarely there but will be available if needed. Some reviews are from the older listing, the property has been fully renovated and is completely separate.

I just wish I didn’t have to pay that much. But will I use her place again I definitely will. The friendly help was so good. I have already made plans to return with my Husband and he agreed. I love you and I love your place. Thank you for being a great host.

We really loved staying at John's place. Everything was clean, felt new and was as described. The place really reflected John and Anna's great care and thoughtfulness. Loved sitting by the pond outside for our morning coffee, listening to the birds and drinking in the scenery. It really was lovely and wonderful!
