Unique Glamping Pod (#1) on WWII POW camp site

With stunning views across the open countryside of the Bray Valley, access to the gardens facilities at Little Bray House, countryside walks and Exmoor National Park on your doorstep this is a great getaway location. Built on a site of interest - the pods are made from a repurposed Army building left here since WWII when the army used the Little Bray Estate as a searchlight headquarters and a satellite POW camp. Each pod has a log burner, king size bed, "camping gaz" stove and plenty of space.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

If you love walking, then the cottage is 200 yards from the Tarka Trail, which winds through some of Exmoor's most beautiful landscape, and just 20 minutes from stunning Combe Martin beach and the SW Coast Path and famous Ilfracombe harbour. The delightful market town of South Molton is just 10 minutes drive with its Pannier Market. Pubs are a short drive.
