Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

We ( 4 adults & 4 children) had a great 4 night stay at Kia Rosa. Everything was as expected if not better. Linda’s communication from start to finish was brilliant and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. There was all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and everything had been carefully thought about. The house was in a great location, about 10mins walk into ryde. The garden is lovely and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. The kids loved spotting the red squirrels in the garden!

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

Lulu and Russel were so welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Such a lovely location, walking distance to the beach and hot tub was a perfect addition!

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We loved staying at Little Gem in Shanklin. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely Georgian window with window seat and it is perfectly located for exploring the coast.

Stayed for 4 nights in this peaceful ‘Hideaway’. The views were amazing and the hosts were really helpful - we even booked a reflexology treatment. The home had lots of amenities (tea, salt pepper etc) and there were lots of books/maps to read on the local area. There were beautiful walks on the doorstep and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend!

Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

Had to move myself and two small dogs out of my home at quite short notice for some works to be done. Found this beautiful little cottage in the grounds of a family home on the Goodwood estate that looked perfect. Small, private and secure enabling me to set up to work within a few minutes of arriving. Carol was super flexible, enabling me to move in over my lunch break and provided easy to read instructions for a seamless move. The place was just as described and spotless. A welcome basket was provided with local bread, butter and conserves, chocolate and biscuits, as well as, should you need them, lots of ideas for local places of interest to view. The dogs and I had a thoroughly rested stay, was able to work without interruption and were able to enjoy the secluded and private garden with some friends who came to visit. It was lovely to be met at the gate most days by two friendly hens. The cottage represented exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend.

Nice stay at Luke's accommodation, had all that I needed especially the firm mattress that's good for my back, designated parking for my car, and a friendly hosts who replied very quickly to messages.

Felt right at home. Tony was very welcoming. We loved the area. Lots of off road walks, near the coast but also near to Havant and Chichester if you like to shop. The local pubs are great and mainly free houses so lots of local ales and fabulous food. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Loved everything about our stay at Emily's place as it is a beautiful space and Emily was very welcoming and would highly recommend.

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The cottage was immaculately clean and well presented with a welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was amazing, so relaxing, our daughter loved it. Lots of local walks from our doorstep that our dog loved with a very friendly cafe/ shop in the next village. The online guide with a map and list of different places to eat and visit was very useful and having it on my phone meant it was easy to refer to.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

Great place, I particulalrly liked the check-in arrangements as we were not sure what time we would arrive. Everything was clean - sure, some things were showing some signs of wear etc but everything was super clean & tidy. The house itself is very nice. We only were there for a brief over night stop so we didnt use all the facilities. The key point is; I will certainly return. Many thanks, Mark
