Very clean, exactly how the photos picture it to be. Had all the necessary amenities - even a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack for clothes + many hangers which came in handy when we wanted to air dry our laundry after washing. Place was extremely spacious and we loved the big bathroom as well :) All in all, a very wonderful stay at a lovely, pretty home! Thanks, Pam! Only downside I would mention is that the entire floor is carpeted so you have to be careful not to spill anything! But it was great for keeping warm so

Robin communicated promptly and was super helpful. His cottage is ideally located - a quick walk into Ambleside, but away from the centre and very quiet. It was clean and cosy. Perfect for a great walking holiday.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great time. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Spacious living room for playing games around the dining table or watching a movie while stretching out on the sofa. Just a short walk into the main town of Bowness-on-Windermere, up a slightly steep hill but we are in the Lakes for walking. We all found it very relaxing and we’d be happy to come again.

Our stay here was amazing. The place is so big and felt just like home. There were stunning views from every single window which was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Siobhan’s apartment! Cosy, comfortable and stylish, we felt right at home soon as we arrived. The apartment is in a fantastic location in-between Windermere and Bowness, both are within walking distance which is a real bonus! Check in was a breeze and the welcome gifts were very thoughtful. What can I say. A fabulous find and a place we will certainly visit again. Quaint, easily accessible. Parking no problem, just get a week or 3 day pass in the two car parks on the hill. There are so many things to do. I will write these in the book. The fire is great, bath and shower to suit all tastes, the rooms are perfect for a small family / 3 adult travellers. Communication perfect from the first point of booking to leaving. I cannot speak highly enough. All the things you would need for a stag away, home from home. We will hopefully be booking again shortly. Thank you Emma and John x

Myself and 4 friends entered the Morecambe Marathon which started and finished in Bare. We needed a space for 5 and Sally’s space was perfect as we had 3 separate apartments with separate bathrooms and kitchens which was very useful. The location was great close to the coast and easy drive down to the start and lots of parking around the apartment. The race was good also.

Amazing place with lovely hosts. The space is wonderful with comfy beds and gorgepus shower. Perfect location for a countryside getaway. Gillian and Rowli are perfect hosts and are always good for a chat.

Me and my partner stayed overnight at the King Street location in Lancaster. They sorted parking for us which was just around the corner and only cost £10. All instructions were clear and simple. The location itself is perfect! 2 minute walk from all bars, restaurants and a busy town centre. Would highly recommend for younger couples. The apartment itself was just like the pictures we loved it. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely come back here if we were to stay in the area again!

A lovely flat, in a great location for the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. We particularly liked the balcony and as the weather was kind to us, we were able to make the most of it. 😎. A parking space around the back of the property was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. Morecombe is a hidden gem!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Greg’s place “Penthouse”. Communication was very clear and with all the information we needed to hit the ground running on our little trip away to Bowness. We found the place easy enough thanks to the instructions provided by Greg and it was great to have private, dedicated parking space - something we’ve not had before when we’ve stayed in such a central location before. Self check in was really smooth using the lockbox to let ourselves In. The penthouse was spotlessly clean. Bed was incredibly comfy and didn’t want to get up this morning! Kitchen facilities were great with everything we needed to cook a fab breakfast before heading out for a days walking. And the view from the living area, wow! The location of penthouse was second to none, only 2 minutes walk and we were in Bowness where there was a great selection of bars and restaurants for our evening meal and a few drinks. Overall a fantastic stay! We’ll be back!

Lovely stay in a beautiful town. The Loft was cute and surprisingly spacious. Alison was very communicative, offering recommendations and being clear on instructions. The nearby surroundings had brilliant restaurants and pubs, so I'd highly recommend both The Loft and Cartmel.

I had a perfect one-week stay at Jan & Kristina’s bedsit in Kendal. To say that they were both 100% accommodating, helpful, kind is an understatement. Kristina was the one mostly in charge of the bedsit and hospitality in general and she excelled at it! (they both did) And the place, spotless, with its ensuite bathroom with a great shower, kitchenette and complete privacy had the perfect combination for me. Loved it! And the bus station was a few minutes walk from the bedsit, from which I could go to Windermere, Ambleside, etc. And a very good value for money too. I can highly recommend Jan & Kristina bedsit to anyone planning to visit Kendal! Thank you Kristina, thank you Jan!

Have stayed at this location numerous times for work and Andrew is always helpful when contacted. Will be back and looking to stay again when work begins on Power Station again in September

Incredible location, lovely place, super comfy beds, very peaceful, super clean, lake access, away from the bustling Lake District tourism but close enough when we needed it. Sally was helpful and responsive. The best Air BnB experience I’ve ever had. Worth every penny!

Fab location, comfortable stay!

My stay here was great. Lovely location. Great amenities with good off road parking. Very comfortable furniture and beds! Great size for the 7 of us, could easily fit in a lot more guests if needed. Clean bathroom and kitchen and check in was so easy. I messaged April with a query before my stay and they responded pretty much immediately. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Really really beautiful and clean space. Great location, 5 min drive from the town and the immediate area was so quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was the perfect addition and honestly couldn't recommend more. Bonus points for the great shower.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

What a fantastic find this was! It was so peaceful, had everything we needed and was very clean. We were super happy with our stay. The wood-fired hot tub was brilliant and the location was perfect. We can’t wait to return!
