Stood here for a month due to work. I'm from California, and I'm used to the noisy city. Staying here I realized how quiet it can be at night. I've never stayed at a most peaceful quiet place. It was the best decision ever.

Beautifully decorated and great view right on the Sandusky River! Hosts were great communicators which was a tremendous help after a long day of traveling with flight delays it was great to have a comfortable, clean apartment to come to. My only concern was the outside stairs to get to the apartment as I’m not used to climbing stairs like that with the weather. Overall wonderful stay!

Very nice spot. Everything was clean and looked liked the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The area is beautiful and friendly. In walking distance to restaurants etc. The deck is a beautiful. It was to cold for me to utilize it. But definitely a spot to sit back and read a nice book. It was a great stay.

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. Easy check in. Conveniently location was great for our wedding we had to attend. Would highly recommend. Place was great kitchen was immaculate and had all the amenities(gas stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

The place is very well decorated and comfortable with all of the little touches that make life easier. Need some coffee? There is a Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Want a Ziploc bag? There is a drawer with multiple size bags to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable. The area was quiet but only a short drive to BGSU which we were visiting. Matthew was a responsive host and kindly let us come back late in the day to retrieve a forgotten pillow. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our quick get away! Reyes recommended the wings at the local cafe and they definitely did not disappoint!! Beautiful area and close to the little beach community so easily walkable! Great spot!

Lisa was wonderful to work with. House was immaculate and had everything that we needed. Will definitely make this my go to place when I come home to Toledo.

We didnt stay in this location as it hadnt been fully cleaned. However, the host was super responsive and provided a full refund.

Tina and Kenny/ Cindy and Paul were quick to communicate. From the beginning they contacted us and stayed in contact throughout our stay. The home was very clean and well designed. They had every necessity covered. It really felt like “home”. The fenced yard was a bonus for our dog, he loved running around. We highly recommend it to any one who is looking for a clean, comfy and safe stay.

This is our second home when we visit our son at school!! Perfect location and we know what we are getting!! This has been an amazing place for our family to stay!

Stayed here as a family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults). Todd shared that the couch is a pull out and it was super easy to use and nice to have the flexibility with the extra bed. Everything is high tech and easy to use - great to have the options!

We really enjoyed staying here. A family emergency led to us booking this place last minute, and it wound up being perfect — cozy and very quiet. It has a very well-appointed kitchen that we used to cook several dinners. Downtown is close enough to walk to. We’d definitely stay again.

2nd stay with this host and they never disappoint!

My Best friend, of 30 years, and I live 1/2 way across the country from each other. So once a year we have a girls weekend 1/2 way towards each other, which happens to be somewhere in Ohio. This time we visited Oak Harbor and stayed in Muddy Water Properties. What an idyllic setting. the birds and wildlife that came up to the 4 seasons room in the quiet of the morning was so stress relieving. We had a wonderful time catching up, laughing, crying and observing the view. Thank you for a wonderful reunion from Iowa and Virginia

This is a quite off the beaten path apartment with a nice balcony friendly neighborhood/people will absolutely be staying at this location in the future!!

The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed how close the condo was to Port Clinton.
