A wonderful place to spend 3 nights on the edge of the New Forest. Fabulous accommodation. Private, quiet and superb barn which was really well appointed with great facilities including a separate spa room solely for our use. Chris was a lovely host, great communication before, during and after our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Farm Shop. It was in a lovely location - you could explore lots of beaches and also walk from the doorstep in to the countryside and to the sea. It was clean and tidy and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great extra! Susie and Sarah were super responsive and helpful. We had a really lovely time, thank you.

A charming home in a very beautiful and peaceful village, with easy access to the motorway and to both Southampton. Major supermarket a 10 min drive away, walkable pub (1/2 mile) and the historic town of Romsey just 15 mins away. The home was nicely furnished (they even decorated for Christmas for us), very clean and comfortable, and a breakfast pack had been provided to get us started. The bedrooms are all a good size but note that only the master has a queen bed, the others are all full and several are very low. Also the dining table only has 6 main chairs, with a couple of folding chairs it was full with 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the new fridge/freezer has a water dispenser and ice maker (great for those used to American style fridges). Jennine was highly responsive and friendly and likes to meet their guests on arrival. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay at Maria and Marks - thank you! The cabin was homely and comfortable and we all enjoyed the hot tub! The location is fantastic and we appreciated the recommendations Maria provided! Visiting Moors Valley and getting the ferry over the Mudeford Spit / Sandbank for the beautiful beaches were our highlights!

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

My parents had an amazing one-month stay at Laura’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the area so easy. Laura was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to any questions. Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

We had such a wonderful stay, so much so we didn’t want to leave. Hilary was such a welcoming host and the cottage was so beautiful. Our whole family loved the cottage and we definitely want to come back. There’s so much to do in the area too. There’s lots of toys at the cottage for kids, including bath toys and a really cute outdoor kids dining table. Once the kids were in bed it was also so lovely and cosy for the adults. The pianos were also a great touch, we loved playing them and teaching the kids how to play. We would recommend the stay to everyone.

We had a wonderful family stay at Paul's AirBnB. The home is perfect for a family or friends trip. Great rooms, huge open plan kitchen/ living area and a larder for storage with washing machine/ dish washer. We honestly would give more than 5 stars if we could. If you're looking for a beautiful home, amazing views and great walks (or short drives) to local landmarks (or pubs!) then look no further. Our toddler (20 months) had a great time in the gated garden or using the New Forest as his play area, and was beside himself when the horses would walk right past the house. Paul was on hand to answer any questions we had, an excellent host! We'd absolutely stay again!

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

Magical place! The setting is so beautiful, the huts wonderfully decorated, and with every thought given to comfort. My kids LOVED the stay, especially the chill out gazebos, and the fairy woods - truly a magical place! Communication was great, and Jenny really is a perfect host. We'll definitely be back!

If you come across this listing, don't think twice and book now - this place is one of those gems that you feel privileged to have found and stayed in. The barn is so homey and cosy, with everything you didn't know you needed. The care and attention that Peter and Gwyneth have put into this place shows in every detail. And of course they're the loveliest hosts, with great local recommendations and always on hand if you need. The barn was, after the great walks and the wild animals of the New Forest, the highlight of our Easter weekend and we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous, well equipped house in peaceful surroundings. We wanted somewhere that we could unwind as a family after a busy few months with work and exams and this was perfect. Access to the pool was the cherry on the cake. Catherine and Sarah were great hosts.

Lovely little caravan on a family run park. Caravan was clean and today and had necessary amenities required for our stay. Location was great, just a stones throw from Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. Heated outdoor pool on site and small lounge / bar area. Parking spot right next to caravan.

Great location for a family break. Entertainment passes included. Kids will love the robots delivering food in the restaurant. Didnt try out the pool this time but looked great. Loved how close we were to the beach beautiful day and night, with stunning sunsets. Also enjoyed a walk around the nature reserve. Great base for getting out on our bikes. We absolutely love the new forest and this was a great base for a short stay. We'd happily stay for longer.

Highly recommended. The accommodation was perfect. Views were stunning! The weather was beautiful, which showed the area at its very best. The walks from the doorstep via the nature reserve to the coastal path are something special. Judith, the host couldn't have been more helpful. Look forward to returning sometime soon.

Lovely caravan in a beautiful location. So close to the beach. The caravan had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. Fantastic stay, the house was immaculate and the surroundings are stunning. The view of the lake was breath taking and the facilities were great. We used the gym, tennis courts, swimming pool and had a nice coffee in the cafe. We said we would all definitely stay again. Thank you, Rick

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.
