A truly luxurious peaceful weekend with good friends. Beautiful home, so comfortable- had everything we needed. Location is excellent for beach/es and walks. Comfortable beds, plenty of room: six of us did yoga in the hall! Hot tub was fun, plenty of outdoor chairs and tables and the BBQ was perfect for a meal on the Saturday eve. Host Louise was lovely. Thanks so much for the experience: plenty of memories made:)

McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Communication was quick and easy with Natasha. Drove through New Forest and saw the wild horses, then soon at the Ferry. Ferry was very well organised and they even knew our names at the check in booth! Access was straightforward, very clean and tidy throughout. Literally less than 10 mins from ferry, but far enough away in a quiet little area. Beautiful clean cosy cottage, very comfortable living. Situated in an excellent position.Small gated garden opening out onto large grass area.Then steps down to beach and licensed cafe. Forest to left of the cottage-long walks and great views. Super dog friendly-seemed every where in the Isle of Wight-in multiple cafes,pubs and restaurants, dogs spoilt, given their own complementary treats and water!Fully recommended for a couple(s) or family get aways and even spoiling the pooch.Thank you very much for having us,we felt very welcomed and really enjoyed every minute-could quite easily live there! Family get away for 7 of us & our dog, would highly recommend this property, its immaculate, close to all amenities, excellent restaurants & a beach all within 5 minutes walk from the house, parking for 3 cars & Christchurch a short car drive away.

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Swanage zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Die Wohnung von Sebastian bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlfühlen und abschalten zu können. Zudem merkt man an seiner Art, wie er die Wohnung ausgestattet hat und auch an den vielen hilfreichen Tips und Anweisungen, dass er seinen Gästen eine gute Zeit schenken möchte. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und verdient unsere Anerkennung. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

Believe the reviews - Felicity's (Diz's) place is a gem! The place is incredibly peaceful and tranquil, surrounded by nature. Many local walks are nearby, with a beach and places to enjoy. The location for exploring the New Forest is also excellent. Diz is a helpful and hospitable host. One of our best Airbnb stays.

We had a great time staying at Hoburne Naish. Great location, with plenty to do in the local area. The lodge was really clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little caravan on a family run park. Caravan was clean and today and had necessary amenities required for our stay. Location was great, just a stones throw from Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. Heated outdoor pool on site and small lounge / bar area. Parking spot right next to caravan.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The host left our son a toy Easter bunny which was a lovely touch. The van was pristine and felt right at home. Me and my partner were amazed with how well equipped the van was and what the host had supplied. You name it this vans got it! Thank you again for a brilliant experience for me and my family. The clubhouse and leisure centre was fantastic as well 👍🏼

Lovely and beautiful caravan. It had all the amenities for a family break and the all the little extra touches made it even special. The kids loved the surprise easter chocolate eggs and the great selection of games. Carly was very responsive and was available for help throughout the stay. The location is very beautiful and with a walkable distance to the beach and cliffs nearby. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as we walked into the lodge we felt at home. It was far better prepared than another lodge we have used on that site. (Not Mud Huts) We booked another stay for September when we arrived home.

We needed a place to stay to visit my daughters and to check out the local area as we are looking to move to the area. The accommodation was just the ticket. It was easy to find and was walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. It was very clean, and they provided everything we needed (particularly like the welcome pack). The instructions were spot on, and they even provided details regarding local shops and restaurants. It was certainly big enough, with a very spacious living area and kitchen. All in all an amazing experience. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in Richard's place. Everything was as described and immaculately clean. He was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions and very useful tips on local restaurants, things to do etc. The hot tub was amazing and the girls enjoyed using the swimming pool. The location is ideal to get to the Needles, Alum Bay, Freshwater etc and the local beach is an absolute plus! Thanks Richard!

Easy to find caravan with excellent instructions. Accomodation was clean with all the basics provided, even toys and DVDs for our 6 year old grandson. Location is only minutes from the beach and its amenities. Would highly recommend.

John's apartment is very comfortable, and conveniently situated close to the beach and a short walk from the town. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. John was very communicative and we appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, savoury and sweet treats left for us.

We were a multigenerational family group , including young grandchildren, wanting a nice relaxing holiday by the seaside, with things to do for everyone. The Gate House was exactly what we needed, with lots of room and excellent facilities! We had shared time and privacy with large communal living and dining space and a lovely enclosed safe garden and outdoor dining facilities. We knew the area but the recommended dining options were excellent. Great beers from The Bus, excellent wood fire pizzas from the beach pop up, great burgers by Fat Shaun and a Greek takeaway from the Piano bar.,with Sunset drinks in The Albion. An easy short walk to the beach, which though a bit pebbly was an ideal location on the sunny days for family fun, with Sandcastles. The sea was good for paddling, jumping and swimming and easy access to the cafe for drinks and ice creams. Sam and Simon were excellent hosts and we have no problem in recommending this fantastic holiday venue and hosts!

Lovely stay at kellys apartment. Kelly messaged to say we could arrive earlier if we wanted to, which was very helpful with three children. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again ourselves.

Had a wonderful few days at this super house overlooking the sea. Spotless, well equipped and a cosy home from home. An excellent layout with the sitting room on the top floor with a superb sea view. Perfect location for the beach and other attractions. Helen has been a very friendly and helpful host. We loved our stay and we will be back. Thank you so much Helen and your family too.

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect location in a lovely park with loads to do. The place was perfect! Comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to have an amazing holiday! We had a lovely family time at the Beach House, visited a new place every day and made dinner at the Beach house in the evenings, the kitchen is so well equipped, Comfy beds , wonderful view, my granddaughter loved the binoculars, nice touch . Highly recommend especially as the location is great, on the beach in 5 minutes at the most .
