The house was exactly as pictured and described. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with so many shops and restaurants just down the road. There are so many things to do within an hours drive. Great location! I also appreciated the great communication! I received a call a few hours before my check in letting me know that there was an issue with the dishwasher and asked if it would be okay to schedule a plumber to fix it if we weee already checked in. I received a communication just before check in that dishwasher was fixed and we were all set.

This is the perfect rental for anyone visiting Lexington. Extremely close to the University and located in a gorgeous neighborhood. The home has all the amenities and the best aspect is the owner’s attention to detail. Very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here for University visits, football games, Keenland and Bourbon tours.

Fabulous stay for our family visit to Lexington. Comfy beds and entire house is wonderfully decorated. Close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was clean and very spacious. Very convenient to the University Of Kentucky which we were there to watch our son play baseball. Although we have plenty of family in Lexington we will be staying here the next time we visit. Loved the open floor plan downstairs where we could a spend time together

We had an amazing time here. It was very bright, very clean, and felt like home away from home. The hosts left us a sweet welcome, and they were very communicative throughout our stay. We loved all the books and games available as well. The only thing I’d add is that if you’re sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask for the master as there’s a little bit of window uncovered by curtains. I had mine, and it was a non-issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent anniversary weekend at Shelia's ! Perfect location for all we wanted to do and see. House was as described . Well equipped for making our own meals along with menus of other restaurants. Definitely loved Beans Cafe! Rain kept us from spending time outside and wondering the property. Shelia was quick to answer all our questions! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! My husband and I have traveled to Lexington many times over the years for the fall and spring meets at Keeneland. This is by far our most favorite place we've ever stayed and we look forward to returning. It is very well appointed as we made breakfast each morning and dinner one night - the kitchen had everything you would need. This felt like a loved home and we loved being close to the track. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Uptown Retreat. The place was very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and Keenland. David was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to communicate with Courtney. The suite was charming and we had everything we would have needed to cook. There are so many great restaurants close that we never cooked.( favorites: Wallace Station and Heirloom)

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

What a wonderful place to stay within easy reach of Hwy 64! I only spent one night as I was traveling through the area, but I loved the farm setting which was private, quiet, and beautiful. Rebecca was a great host and allowed me to visit with her animals while she was caring and feeding them. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with an outside patio perfect for enjoying the outdoors. I would happily stay there again as Lexington is one of my favorite places to visit and this location can't be beat, especially if you enjoy the farm setting.

Great stay. The three things that stood out where: 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. 2. Very responsive owner. Quick replies. Had a entry way keypad issue, was resolved immediately. 3. Very clean accommodations. The only recommendation/suggestion I would give for this space would be to update to modern smart TV's (like a Roku) and possibly provide some type of blue tooth speaker system. At the end of the day, we were happy with our stay. It offered great value, and we would stay there again without hesitation.

We can’t say enough good thinks about this space! It was decorated beautifully and had absolutely everything we needed at our fingertips. We loved how well the bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries and had tons of good hooks and storage areas for all of our stuff. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-furnished. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We’d highly recommend this place and would love to return!
