Carol's place is a little oasis in Boulder! Calm and peaceful, comfy beds, and everything you could possibly need tucked away and neatly stored. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Cute place in scenic location near mountains with easy access to Boulder and highways. Very clean and it had everything that we needed during our stay. Will return in future if staying in Boulder area.

Joan is an incredibly warm and responsive host. She and her husband Sven could not have been nicer to me. I truly enjoyed my three-week stay in Boulder on a mini-sabbatical at the University of Colorado. Her home is situated in a lovely, quiet section of town. It's reasonably convenient to Boulder's famous downtown mall, to the University, and to stores like Trader Joe's (where I bought food to cook in the microwave or on the small stovetop) and sports shops like Epic Mountain Gear (outfitting for ski trips). There was ample on-street parking for my rental car. I especially appreciated the washer & dryer, which allowed me to do a few loads of laundry. A separate entrance allowed me to come and go with complete privacy.

Ivo's place was just perfect for my husband and myself. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We liked the private entrance, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity (easy walking distance) to the Coal Creek Trail and local shops. Ivo checked in to make sure all was well and was quickly responsive to a minor appliance glitch. We hope to stay there again on future visits to Lafayette.

Loved this place in Nederland way above the City of Boulder. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. Has a neat separate entrance good for privacy. Once inside the unit is sweet, like a fancy hotel suite with a full kitchen and spacious deck. It’s very well-appointed and made me feel at home. Will definitely come back.

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our stay in Longmont. The neighborhood was so nice to walk around and close to everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We will stay again.

Aria’s house was perfect for our family trip to Boulder. The kitchen had everything we need to make dinner , the living room is cozy. There’s 3 bedrooms upstairs which worked out great for 3 teenage kids. Laundry machine is great. We loved sitting on the front porch in the afternoon sun. The backyard is very nice also ifor the warmer months. Thank you!

The house is fantastic and efficient! The neighborhood is quiet and residential but close to the main road and it’s easy to get anywhere in Boulder. Charlie is a wonderful host! I felt like he really cared about our comfort and was very responsive. We had a great visit and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

This AirBnB is top shelf. We’ve stayed here more than once, which in itself, says a lot. The interior is impeccable, comfortable and chock full of thoughtful amenities. It is the friendliest of dog friendly places we’ve stayed - the enclosed backyard itself is a major selling point. The location is both beautiful and incredibly convenient. We look forward to the next occasion that will bring back to this part of the country!

Carol's 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was perfect for our needs. The lower level of Carol's house is completely finished. There were 2 single people and a couple. Each of the single people had their own upper level bedroom and bath, and the couple had their own bedroom, bath and privacy in the lower level. Carol's house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Just about anything you could want is there from dishes, to kitchen utensils, to extra linens, to games and outdoor items. Very clean! No lingering house odors. Great outdoor and patio space. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch in the yard. Close to shopping and eating. Only 4 blocks away from a grocery store. Nice neighborhood. Felt very comfortable to walk to the store if need be. Easy check-in directions and house rules. Carol's house definitely deserves a "5 star" review. Her house is an excellent place to stay, and if we are back in the area, we will definitely book again. Thanks for a great Airbnb experience!

Communication was exceptional. We had instructions a couple days before we arrived. Very thorough. Ross checked in with us a day into our stay to see if we needed anything. We were greeted with a gift basket of local chips and chocolates, seltzers and wine. It felt really special. The location is unmatched. We were only a block away from my brother's house. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Only 30 minutes from DIA and Boulder.

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!

Stayed here for a week and couldn't have had a better experience. Holly and Marcus made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed by always communicating with us the whole trip for anything that we needed. Would definitely book this place again in the future when we come back to Superior, CO.

What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

Set in a quiet residential area of Boulder, Gregory’s condo is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay when you visit. There are accessible hiking trails nearby and beautiful views of the mountains, plus two grocery stores are a short walk away. If you want to stay in a low-key, comfortable, and clean spot, book Gregory’s place.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

Perfect home base in Boulder for a few days. The layout was perfect with plenty of space. Decks were a plus as the weather was nice. Parking was easy on the street. Alison was excellent communicating before and during our stay.

Great location, everything was as described. Had a really fun time! So easy to get some great hikes even without the drive!

Great location! Walkable to CU and the Pearl Street Mall. The condo was very comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee, sugar, spices, and oil available. The 4 cruiser bikes are a nice perk, which sadly we didn't get to use because of a snow storm. Host was very responsive and helped to trouble-shoot an issue with the router/wifi. We would stay here again, given the opportunity to visit Boulder again!

Barbara was a fantastic host! She was super friendly and helpful from booking all the way through checking out. The property was exactly as described and looked even better in person than in the photos. It was very comfortable had everything we needed for our stay in Boulder. So many great restaurants in the area! It was an easy hour drive from the Denver airport or to visit Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!
