A great place in a perfect location.

This is the full-sized 1st floor apartment of a split-level house, with the entire first floor for the AirBnB. It is on a quiet street about a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area of Saratoga Springs. The area was very quiet, we never had any road noise, but used the location to walk to the downtown for coffee, walking around, etc. pretty easily. The space itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with everything fully stocked: linens, towels, kitchen needs, etc. There was a great selection of board games to play, a nice touch! All of the bathrooms were clearly renovated/updated and the space was extremely clean when we checked in. Overall, and excellent stay for the cleanliness, location, and amenities. Thanks!!

This was a perfect stay for our family. The kids enjoyed themselves - especially the games and basketball! Shane was very quick and responsive to any questions or needs we had. We will definitely be back! Thank you Shane!

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Ellen and Chris’s place in Saratoga! They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home and welcomed—from the delicious fresh cookies waiting for us, to thoughtful local dinner recommendations, to a couple of truly lovely conversations. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with such care and personality. There were so many delightful little touches that made the space feel alive, welcoming, and peaceful. It was the perfect blend of charm and comfort. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, neighborhood-y vibe with easy access to the heart of Saratoga Springs. Whether we were walking to restaurants, exploring nearby parks, or just relaxing indoors, it felt like the ideal home base. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out! We will absolutely be back—and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a warm, thoughtful, and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

John was great felt super comfortable with him with it being my first Air b&b stay well definitely recommend him to others.

I had a great time at Lena me and my family were a big group we were able to have breakfast dinner everyone had their own space privacy and rooms there were towels washing machine dryer everything you needed I will definitely be returning with my gang of children

Jared and Amanda's place was perfect for our 2 families this ski season. The place was so conveniently located to Gore Mountain where we skied for the weekend. It was such a comfortable home for all the adults and our kids with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, there were ample seats at the table to eat together and our kids enjoyed all the toys and air hockey table. Our hosts were welcoming and very responsive. They were quick to answer any questions that came up and were so helpful and kind. We really felt like they put a lot of love into their place and it showed. We plan to come back and stay at their place next ski season. It was such a great find!

Wonderful place for 4 old friends to gather together for a weekend. Donal was a great host, and has created a space that’s not just clean, but also neat and welcoming. Given the size of this property, that’s not easy. Pictures don’t do it justice, and we were surprised by how nice the place is. Downstairs bedroom is enormous, and so’s the en-suite bathroom there. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk away. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, and would love to return there next year.

Seriously the best place you can stay in at this price point. Teresa & Pat’s home is absolutely lovely; it’s cozy, rustic, and absolutely spotless. They’re down the street from one of the best hidden gems in the area, the Adirondack Cafe, and just 10 minutes from Gore Mountain. The location just can’t be beat! We’re so grateful for their tremendous hospitality and look forward to coming back for some spring riding at Gore!

Great place, great host! Clean, comfortable, and walking distance from downtown, we walked to breakfast every morning. Kasey was responsive and easy to reach, everything was clean and in working order. Exactly as described.

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

We couldn't have asked for more than what we got in this airbnb! The location is amazing and while parking can be slightly confusing, Kerri sent us very detailed instructions and recommendations to help us out. The building was very safe, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly what was advertised, and the proximity to downtown Saratoga CAN NOT be beat! We've done this trip the last four years and this is, by far, our favorite place that we stayed, and can't wait to book again for next year. Kerri was responsive and left us great information to make our trip even better than we expected. You can't miss with this location!
