We stayed here for our visit to do the Berlin Half Marathon. Great location with easy tram route access. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious kitchen area. More than big enough for 6 of us. Nice bathrooms. Great communication from Oliver. Easy check in, Oliver was waiting for us on arrival.

Die Unterkunft von Matthias ist klasse - viel Platz, sehr sauber, viel Ausstattung z.B. in der Küche, WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke (Rewe, Edeka & Penny) und sehr einfache Kommunikation. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt (allerdings weiß man das vorher, wenn man sich die Karte ansieht) ist, dass die Unterkunft ziemlich weit (ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß) von der Innenstadt / dem Hafenbereich entfernt ist, Busse gibt es nur sehr unregelmäßig. Dafür ist das Wasser trotzdem schnell zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten) und dort ist auch ein Schwimmbad. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist super, um der Großstadt zu entfliehen. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem umzäunten Grundstück frei bewegen. Für alle die die absolute Ruhe suchen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

Tolles Haus für eine schöne Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Der Garten ist groß und mit allen (spielerischen) Nettigkeiten ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Familien-, Geburtstags- und Osterurlaub sehr genossen. Absolute Empfehlung gilt der ‚Marktwirtschaft‘ im Ort. Tolle Bedienung, leckeres Essen und Bowling, wenn gewünscht. Zudem gibt es einzelne kleine Hofläden und eine nette Kaffeerösterei. ;)

Schon zum zweiten Mal hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht und es war wieder alles wunderbar! Die Lage zur S-Bahn mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen ist und die ruhige Umgebung sind top. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wundervoll – genau die Art von Ruhe und Erholung, die man sich nach dem Trubel einer Großstadt wünscht. Die idyllische Lage und der traumhafte Ausblick haben für pure Entspannung gesorgt und uns sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Als Gruppe fiel es uns unglaublich schwer, dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Haus nach nur zwei Tagen wieder zu verlassen – so wohl haben wir uns gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die großzügige Grillmöglichkeit, die uns gemütliche Abende unter freiem Himmel beschert hat. Wer Wert auf Ruhe, Komfort und eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren in diesem wunderschönen AirBnB-Haus in Zirchow – und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist nicht nur super sauber und gepflegt, sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine erholsame Auszeit braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig – genau das Richtige, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Ob drinnen oder draußen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war top: freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Absolute Empfehlung – 5 Sterne sind fast zu wenig!

Clean, cozy spot in Kreuzberg—just like the photos. Quick walk to the U-Bahn, plenty of cafes and nightlife nearby, and a helpful host. Perfect home base for exploring Berlin.

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

We had a great stay with the family at Marcus‘s Appartement. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants and the public transport worked very well. We will be back.

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Flot udsigt over byen. Imødekommende naboer. Fin udendørs legeplads og masser af biler, tog, kraner, tårne mm at kigge på fra vinduet. (For vores lille søn). Obs! Ikke sikkerheds lås på vinduerne. Ivos svarede altid hurtigt og høfligt og var meget hjælpsom.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für meinen Geschäftsurlaub in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen, wunderschön eingerichtet, ein sehr gemütliches Bett und war blitzsauber. Angenehm warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Kommunikation von Berlina war proaktiv und herzlich. Alles rund um den Aufenthalt, Check-in & -out war sehr gut organisiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

Wir waren für drei Tage mit der Familie in Kerstins schöner Ferienwohnung zu Besuch. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Leider gehen die Fenster ausschließlich zur Straße raus, was aber nicht weiter ins Gewicht fällt, da das eigentliche Highlight der Unterkunft ohnehin draußen zu finden ist: im wunderschönen großen und gepflegten Garten laden viele gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen ein und der direkte Zugang mit Möglichkeit der Kanu- und Tretbootnutzung ist einfach etwas ganz besonderes. Die Innenstadt von Fürtenberg mit vielen schönen Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und haben immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert.

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal hier und haben uns sehr auf die blitzsaubere, wunderschön eingerichtete und unglaublich kinderfreundliche Wohnung gefreut. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und Helena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir lieben den ruhigen Innenhof und den kleinen Terrassenbereich und generell die ruhige Lage, perfekt nach einem trubeligen Tag unterwegs in Berlin. Mit der Tram kommt man überall hin und der Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke. Vielen Dank für alles!

A home away from home! Clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Had everything I needed. I was sad to leave. Excellent location! In between Südkreuz train station on the S2 train line and Julius-Leber-Brücke station on the S1 line, which are only about 8 minutes from the apartment. There is a grocery store near the Julius-Leber-Brücke station as well.

From the moment we arrived, Katharina made us feel truly at home. She is not only a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly organized, offering clear instructions and good recommendations. The thoughtful touches, like chocolates, snacks, and refreshing drinks waiting for us in the fridge,made all the difference. Even more special was her personal welcome. We were 4 people staying for two nights, and the flat was absolutely perfect for us: cozy, bright, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the living room had just the right space for us to relax together. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Without a doubt, I ll be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin. GRACIAS ✨

Really nice apartment with plenty of space and all necessary needs. Sebastian is a really nice host who has many recommendations for sights and things to do in Berlin and in the area close by. I can definitely recommend booking a stay in his apartment.

Aleksandra's place is ideal for a family or small group. We spent a few days there with my cousins and I would be very happy to stay there again. Although it is on a busy road there is no noticeable noise inside since the house is higher up and set back from the road.
