We had a great stay! Antonio was very helpful with eith everything we needed, and very responsive! We loved the house and the location!

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Tolle, gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Tage in Berlin! ☀️ Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und in einem ruhigen Quartier gelegen.

Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Di notte si sentivano molti rumori ma con i tappi si dormiva molto bene! Unica piccola modifica che suggerirei riguarda i cuscini molto sgonfi. Nelle vicinanze c’era tutto il necessario, supermercato, centro commerciale e ristoranti. Ottima esperienza e host fantastica, consiglio a tutti!

We had a great stay! The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, near the U-Bahn station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant recommendations were really helpful. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Berlin!

It was perfect, the hosts, the bed, the shower, the kitchen, the location- Really did not want to leave!

Heiko’s flat was one of our favorite AirBnB experiences. The space is HUGE with tall airy ceilings, light streaming in from many windows and thoughtfully furnished with all the necessities. In a quiet neighborhood with mostly locals but centrally located in Mitte and only a 2 minute walk to the 10 tram that comes every 2 minutes that is along key stops in Berlin for easy access to major sites and neighborhoods. In addition Heiko was a responsive and friendly host and we loved all the nice touches to make our stay so cozy, warm and wonderful during our winter break. Can’t recommend enough or strongly!

Wir sind nicht zum ersten mal in dieser Wohnung und kommen deshalb immer wieder, weil wir die Unterkunft top für unsereBelange finden, weil die Kommunikation mit Dan bestens funktioniert, weil sie sehr zentral liegt, ein Tiefgaragen Stellplatz zur Wohnung gehört, weil die Wohnung einen guten Standard hat und last but not least, weil Dan uns die Wohnung überlässt obwohl wir einen Hund haben und er eigentlich nicht mit Hund vermietet, wir aber dafür jeden Tag saugen und wischen, weil wir dankbar sind, dass er weiterhin an uns vermietet trotz Hund. Dan hat eine top Wohnung und ist ein top Vermieter 👍wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder Dan kann die letzten Tage im August Anfang September schon mal für uns reservieren 👍❤️

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir (6 Personen) waren nur eine Nacht in dem Apartment, aber wir können uns definitiv vorstellen nochmal zu kommen und ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Die Wohnung war sauber und alle Beschreibungen waren zutreffend. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und flexibel möglich. Wir haben im Vorfeld auch eine detaillierte Nachricht bekommen mit allen wichtigen Infos (Schlüsselcode, Hausregeln,...)

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo alloggio a Berlino e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente l’host: molto gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere Berlino al meglio!

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

Die Kommunikation war top, und die Unterkunft fanden wir absolut fancy. Wer keinen Fetisch für Perfektion hat und das Besondere einer außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft genießen kann, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Lage ist super zentral (900 m zu Fuß zum Checkpoint Charlie) und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Dennoch hatten wir an beiden Abenden einen Parkplatz praktisch vor der Tür. Wenn ihr ein bisschen Freude an Kunst habt, werdet ihr das Außergewöhnliche dieser Unterkunft schätzen. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber machen das Ganze komplett… Sollte es uns nochmals nach Berlin verschlagen, werden wir die Verfügbarkeit dieser Wohnung als erstes prüfen!

This is a perfect place for 3-4 people, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, groceries, and shopping centers. The apartment was very clean, with all the required amneties. The apartment is also on the ground floor and quiet for this neighborhood. Toni is a great host, responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We will definitely recommend this place for travel to Berlin.

Mein Onkel und ich waren super zufrieden, haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.

Das Appartement ist wirklich toll. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern - ordentlich, sauber, einfach ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Kanal und den kleinen Yachthafen ist super. Und der Tiefgaragenplatz ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden es definitiv wieder buchen.

Nice studio flat with great views across the city. The spa facilities, included in the price, were lovely. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, loungers - and a pile of ice for the brave !

Renata, sowie auch ihre Mama sind suuuper freundlich ! :) auf Nachrichten wurde schnellstmöglich reagiert und für alles wurde eine passende Lösung gefunden! die Unterkunft ist top, da gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln - tolle Lage und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen ! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Es war eine schöne Auszeit.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und total praktisch eingerichtet und super organisiert. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Man kommt direkt, ohne aus dem Haus zu gehen, in den Sport- und Schwimmbereich. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Man kann zu Fuß super die Umgebung erkunden und ist auch fix mal beim Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit Danuta und Jens war super freundlich. Wir haben viele Tipps und Unterstützung erhalten.

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat was huge, lots of light, and close to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Near the canal and all the great cafes and bars. Would definitely stay here again.
