Thanks a lot to Pacita for welcoming us and for all the interesting talks and recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay here with a beautiful and peaceful view. This is a simple hut but it was really cosy for us. It is best to go around the surrounding area with scooters because otherwise you would not have a lot of options where to go. We also walked to the waterfalls nearby with their guide which was a nice walk and swim. And the food is really tasty, I truly think that was the best food I have tasted in Philippines (although we're here not for long) especially the cooked banana, it is very delicious.

We had an amazing time exploring Bohol’s countryside, and staying on this beautiful farm was the perfect way to experience it. From sharing a fire under a sky full of stars and fireflies to the peaceful surroundings, everything felt magical. Huge thanks to Lornie, who was a wonderful and welcoming host. She made our stay truly memorable of course also thanks to the great food she prepared for us! 😊

Where do I even begin! Lornie and Ren’s Finka is a true peaceful farm stay where you can slow down from the busy tourist areas and take in the nature. I booked this place cause someone else wrote “it was like staying at Grandmas house” and they were very right. Lornie makes you feel at home, treats you as if you’re family, and she is an amazing cook. This is a place to stay and meet other travellers as dinner is a shared table and it was nice to share all of our stories. My partner and I got to feed the animals on the farm, climb a coconut tree and grab our own coconut and drink the fresh coconut water, and explore the town of Danao. At night time on the farm, you can see fireflies from the rooftop. Lornie’s nephew does local tours and is very inviting and kind. We had our tour guide help us around Bohol as he lived down the street from Lornie’s. There is a lot to do at the air bnb itself and this experience was like no other. I will definitely come back in the future.

I had an amazing time here. I don’t usually stay at hostels, and I am not supersocial, but this place really helped me open up a bit, even if I was only there for two nights. I loved the sunset walk, and the family dinners. I did the Countryside Tour with Juan and he was an amaazing tourguide. And he even taught me how to drive a motorcycle! *The only thing I found was that there was really nothing around at a walkable distance, but still amazing location if you can drive a motorcycle or if you just want to do tours! (And it’s my own fault for not looking it up first *Would be nice if there would be coffee out already before the 5AM walk (if you’re an addict like me), but probably you can just ask or maybe get at the shop!!

We had an amazing time, the owners and staff were incredibly helpful with everything. Every morning, breakfast was waiting for us on the terrace, and we were able to rent a scooter directly from the property. Everything went smoothly and quickly, and we stayed in a lovely little room surrounded by beautiful nature. If you're sensitive to the sound of roosters crowing, bring some earplugs, but the garden more than makes up for it!

I absolutely loved it. The place is so beautiful surrounded by nature, yet well connected and close to the main attractions in Bohol. The host and staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. You’ll have shops, restaurants, pharmacies and cafés close by too. The best you can do is rent a scooter and explore the island. I recommend it 100% and will definitely come back. Thanks so much.
