lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

A perfect location! My grandchildren ( 4 and 1) enjoyed the easily accessible beach, but probable the enclosed lawned garden even more! We had an initial problem with the dishwasher not working, but Alex had it resolved pretty quickly considering it was a weekend. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities. The boxes of toys and books for the children were a great source of delight. We were visiting family in the area, and will definitely be booking this property again!

What a beautiful location! We wanted a place where we could relax and have all we needed within easy reach, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Having direct access to the beach from the garden was great and we sat for hours sitting looking out to sea. The local shops and restaurants were only a short walk away and meant that we didn't need to use our car all week. I'm sure we'll be back.

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Great stay in a great location so close to the beach!

a really well appointed, clean property in a very peaceful and quiet setting, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. also just a short walk to a couple of great coffee shops and local Co-Op. if you want a bungalow in such a setting and easy drives to many other lovely areas along the coast and inland, then we would recommend this property!

A great place to stay and such an amazing host. Some really amazing touches around the house which was very much appreciated. A perfect place to tour the South Downs and relax.

Perfect spot for a staycation by the beach. Lovely place with everything you need, beautiful location literally on the beach front with amazing views from living room & master bedroom. Nick was a great host, super helpful & responsive.

Kelly was a lovely host and the place was beautiful! I would recommend just perhaps keeping ant killer in the property as a precaution as we had ants on the work top etc. other than that it was a clean and beautiful place!

The bungalow is wonderful and spacious and full of light. There were five of us, so with the back garden, there were lots of space for us to relax and spread out. There's a large kitchen with all the amenities, which was great for us as we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The dining room is lovely and airy and there's even a outdoor dining table we made use of, as well as outdoor furniture to relax in and soak up the sun. Bembridge is a quaint village with shops, pubs, and bakery within walking distance. We also walked down to the beach and enjoyed the views. We traveled quite a bit around the Isle of Wight and were really happy we had chosen a great location. And Beth was very responsive, answered all our questions, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Maureen was a perfect host, took on board that I was totally blind but let me get on with it. Her responses to questions were fast and with great detail. The bungalow is perfect for my needs. Maureen allowed my assistance dog and wasn’t phased at all. The bungalow truly is a home from home, comfy, clean and exceptionally well equipped. I do hope she will allow us again.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Appleacre Summerhouse. The property was perfect , great location and within walking distance of a lovely pub for an evening meal . We enjoyed our visit to Fishbourne Roman Palace and had a great walk to Pagham Harbour direct from the property . Bruce was very welcoming and we appreciated his warm welcome . Thank you for letting us stay, it was fabulous just what we needed.

Paul and Stephen were the most caring and thoughtful hosts imaginable, and their Airbnb was beyond our expectations. The decked-out kitchen, the very comfortable living room, all the handy gadgets like the air purifier, the coffee machine and the adjustable shower head, were all so amazing. There is everything you could possibly want and more. The care and pride that Paul and Stephen have towards their guests and Airbnb is clearly shown through their amazing communication and very helpful guidebooks, which they had obviously put their heart and soul into. We were really touched through our stay by how thoughtful and attentive they both were. They put all our worries at ease, and checked in on us when they saw us in passing to ensure our stay was up to our expectations. We also admired how eco-friendly the Lodge is run, with all the solar panels and other considerations that are made. Our stay has just been wonderful as our first getaway alone as a couple. Thank you for everything! :)

Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we had bad weather which meant that beach days didn't reallly happen for us which was a massive shame due to the close proximity from the air bnb. I would recommend this place though and decent hosts too. Many thanks.

We have stayed at Bednobs several times and love it's peaceful location. It is very well equipped and we always cook in the evenings when we stay. Judith and Nick are lovely hosts, always helpful but never intrusive, and the garden is lovely to sit in with a book.

Was a little nervous about staying after the one previous review. However after messaging the host we decided to stay and so glad we did. Beautiful beach style bungalow, spacious, comfy beds and very clean. The hot tub was an added bonus. Would happily stay again 😊
