Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

A wonderful stay. Just as described in the picture. The location of the Airbnb is idyllic with fields surrounding it. Lovely, friendly host who was flexible with timings and caring. The space was clean and cosy with everything we needed and more. Would recommend!

My wife and I spent three nights at Justin's place. From the very start of the booking Justin was responsive, polite and very helpful. We were given detailed instructions to help us get there and collect the key. On arrival everything was clean and tidy and exactly as we'd expected from the listing. It's impressive how much has been fitted into the room. We arrived late the first night after a long journey, so it was great to be able to do ourselves a simple microwave meal. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it's just a few minutes walk to the shops for anything else. Justin was around if we needed him but otherwise we were left in peace to come and go as we pleased.

Roxanne was so helpful in accommodating us for a last minute request and making sure we could check in early with our baby. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even toys for our little girl! The location was great being right next to the beach and the caravan site was very quiet. Roxanne was very responsive to any questions we had and all instructions were very clear. We were just gutted we only got to stay for one night, so will definitely be returning or trying one of the other caravans out ☺️ Thank you again Roxanne and for your lovely caravan! X

Diana's play is lovely to stay. She is really welcoming and super friendly. You are staying in her house, which is a nice experience, since it has lots of character. Would recommend Diana's place

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. Easy to find and tons to do locally. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

We loved Emily's self contained annex. It has lots of character and Emily was very helpful and thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with some supplies.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

Alfred was a wonderful host, incredibly accommodating to us which was much appreciated as we travelled as a family of four for the first time, with a new baby and toddler in tow. The air bnb was great value and had everything we need. Thoroughly recommend.

Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Matt ganz fantastisch: er schreibt im Vorfeld genau, wie man seinen Aufenthalt planen kann, wo ein Parkplatz ist, wo die Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu finden sind. Auch gibt er Tipps und Hinweise, wo in der Umgebung Ausflugsziele, Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfehlenswerte Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden sind. Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit Blick aufs Meer gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten (mehr als das: selbst ein Fön, den wir zuhause vergessen haben, haben wir in der Wohnung gefunden). Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und haben viele von Matts Vorschläge umgesetzt und so viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Region besucht. Danke dafür - es war wunderbar!

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. Perfect for our needs and especially for Goodwood events. Peter is a wonderful host; proactive, great communication and always helpful. We would love to return. Very highly recommended!!

Pamela was a delight to deal with from the moment we made the reservation! We had to make an adjustment to our original booking because of changes to our flight and this was no issue. Pamela met and greeted us at the property with her grand-daughter! Fresh bread, eggs, milk, butter and even a bottle of Prosecco was left in the fridge! Everything we could have needed and more! The accommodation was everything and more than we expected. We never put the TV on once or closed the curtains! The views were just magnificent and mesmerising! My husband couldn't stop looking out at the ever changing sea view! The photos don't do this place justice! Thank you Pamela for making our stay and trip back to the UK so memorable! In the heart of everything, we never moved the car for the entire duration and walked everywhere! Close to Gunwharf Quays, The Hard, Southsea!

We traveled from the U.S. and visited Portsmouth for two days before beginning a group tour of the British Isles. Since we would be staying in hotels for the tour, we thought a local AirBnb would be nice. John and Wendy’s place was a perfect fit, just a stone’s throw from the waterfront and colorful South Parade Pier, and a short bus ride to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, our primary destination. John stayed in touch beforehand to make sure we didn’t get lost, and once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh bread, eggs, milk and lemon cake waiting for us. A warm welcome for weary travelers!

Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

Bright, airy and well thought out accommodation with lots of attention to detail and outdoor space. Breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, warm croissants etc was plentiful and delicious. On street parking was not a problem. Access to the garden room is through Sue’s kitchen which is not a problem as she is very warm and friendly.

I very much enjoyed my 2 nights at Helen's, a delightful host who made me very at ease and comfortable coming into her home. I would certainly stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Len's place and loved the walk along the canal into Chichester from the back of the house. Great location. Very comfortable bed and kitchen and bathroom are squeaky clean. Len is easy going and friendly, would definitely stay here again.

Kim was very accommodating, very warm and pleasant. Always attentive to my needs and always went above beyond the expectations. Recommended places as well and managed to recommend a good running route before the Brighton Marathon the day before for my shake out run. Recommend Kim very highly and hopefully take my family there in the future.
