We had a wonderful stay, the place was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our kids also enjoyed the stay, they had freedom to move around, and they really enjoyed riding with the bicycles. It is near the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to any family. Thank you very much!

Very nice apartment. Simple, yet cozy, clean and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There were some essentials missing at the beginning but Murat promptly provided them as well as the new blanket. Nights started becoming chilly. The apartment complex has a shared pool which is a bonus. The view from the living room/balcony is also very nice. Murat was always very attentive to the needs, replied promptly and even allowed a late checkout. If I come to this area, will gladly stay again here

Şehirden kaçıp huzurlu bir tatil yapmak istediğinizde gelebileceğiniz en iyi konum Mazıköyünde yer alan Ömer Bey'in evi tam bir fiyat/performans eviydi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi ve açıklamada anlatıldığı gibiydi. İhtiyaçlarımıza cevap verdi. Rezervasyonun başından sonuna kadar bizimle ilgilenen Elif Hanım'a ve 1 haftalığına komşu olduğumuz Muammer Bey ve eşine özel olarak teşekkür etmek istiyorum. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her şeyi Elif Hanım'a çekinmeden ilettik ve gece gündüz demeden bize yardımcı oldu. Aracınızla gelmenizi tavsiye ederim çünkü çevrede bir çok koy var ve biz her gün birine gitmeyi tercih ettik. Eve en yakın plaj olan Hurma Sahili arabayla 2 dk mesafede. Biz daha çok sabahları yüzdük. Sanırım eylül ayında olmamızdan kaynaklı olarak deniz akşamları nispeten daha dalgalıydı. Koskoca koyda sadece 3-5 kişi yüzüyorsunuz, bu bizim çok hoşumuza gitti. Sakinlik ve doğal güzellik seven herkese Ömer Bey'in evini tavsiye ederim.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Super séjour dans ce logement avec un hôte très accueillant. L’endroit est très calme, c’est idéal pour une famille ou des amis. Très belle vue sur la ville et pour admirer le coucher de soleil du balcon.

We were a group of 7 people, and the stay was lovely! The area is very peaceful, and there’s a private beach right under the villa. Sunsets were magical! The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and all air-conditioned, many bathrooms which is a big plus. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed extra towels or to fix something. Thank you for a great stay! (Note: would recommend for anyone visiting to have a deal with a driver or get the number of a local taxi company, we struggled a bit with transportation because there’s no uber and the place is not in an area where you can stop a tax.) Oh and ask the host about boat rides, not to be missed :)

My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

Çok güzel karşılandık her yer tertemizdi huzurla uyuyabildiğim çok sınırlı yerlerdendi. İsteyebileceğiniz her şey mevcut havuz pırıl pırıldı. Tereddüt etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz

We loved our stay here so much! The apartment is big and has everything you need to cook + Netflix + a really nice balcony! It’s about a 50 min walk into the main town of Bodrum but there is also shops and restaurants close by! We would stay again for sure :)

Very nice hosts, all amenities described and went out of their way to make us feel like home. The place was beautiful and was very close to the beach. Will definitely be returning soon

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I definitely recommend staying in this apartment. A wonderful territory with a swimming pool and closed parking. Staff do their best - well-kept plants and lawn, always clean pool area, room service makes their work high quality People at the reception are smiling and always ready to help with any questions. All the problems we encountered were quickly solved The apartment has a good location, near the sea, cafes, shops One minus for me personally - Wi-Fi. Be prepared that the average speed is 4-8 MB/s with a ping of 250-800. Network is an hotspot point without any security protection (WPA2-PSK)

Beautiful & peaceful place, beautiful surrounding, close to sea (5 minutes walk), nice view from your balcony and windows...close to public beaches, café, restaurants and others. a lots to do... very good services...

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much
