Rose's place is filled with light; it is warm and welcoming. Everything works and is well put together. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable.

We loved our stay and would come back. The accommodation is just like the photos, it's clean, beds are comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay in the well equipped kitchen. The floor to celing windows allow you to really enjoy the stunning view. There were lots of thoughtful touches like cereal for breakfast, pantry essentials, moisturiser and hair products in the bathroom, and plenty of washing products in the kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the views. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but the ceiling fans made it cool and pleasant to sleep.

Our stay was great. Very convenient to everything The unit was very well appointed and had everything we needed. It’s better than the photos. We will return again.

Comfortable stay in waterside modern ground floor apartment with expansive views over Port Stephens and distant hills. Quick walk to calm water at local beach. Thai restaurant 3 minutes walk away. Major shopping centre 6 minutes drive away. Bus stop outside property if needed.

We had a great stay! Close to everything my 1 year old loved walking down to the cafe for a babychino! We requested to stay an extra night and got a very quick response which was great. Very clean and everything was fully functioning. I would highly recommend staying here!

A beautifully appointed apartment with top quality amenities. The view is beautiful and location walkable to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Five star property, would highly recommend. Best air b & b we have stayed in. Even better than the photos as everything is top quality. Lots of extra touches were greatly appreciated. 10/10 would stay again at Amy’s, it was nice and cozy. Exactly what we needed for the big weekend we had in Newcastle. Will 100% book again if available next time we’re in town ☺️ Nice and cold aircon, washer and dryer, and comfortable bedding.

The place is clean and tidy, you can walk to the beach and close to a lot of activities even kids activities we hat a lot of fun I recommend going to this place

Roxy's place is exactly as described. Her home is both welcoming and warm. The location is great, with Anna Bay better than I expected. Roxy was engaging and kept me posted along the way. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

The house is massive with many activities and little areas to explore. The hosts were super helpful and responsive throughout whenever I had questions about the place. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group of people. Can’t go wrong!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.
