Fantastic apartment in a great location! Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Street parking was hassle free, very quiet area and streets yet only a short walk to downtown.

Stayed here for my sons tournament a Cooperstown and it did not disappoint. Clean and exactly how the pictures looked. Beds were so comfortable, even the pullout was great. I am very picky when I travel and this place had everything I needed. I felt right at home for the week.

Ally was an excellent host! The apartment was great and felt like home for the week. It is just a few minutes away from All Star Village and also close enough to Main Street to walk to shops and local spots. Highly recommended!

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

As a woman staying alone, I felt very comfortable at this cozy retreat by the river. It was a beautiful and comfortable small apartment which was just perfect for me. I had a couple of issues while there, but Emily was always available to help me out. It is probably time to replace the key-less lock since it was very hard to read and locked me out a few times (but not much of a real issue! Emily helped me get in! ) The bathroom was spa-like, the bed was SUPER comfortable, and the kitchen/living room had everything I needed/wanted (other than garlic and wine glasses LOL-I bought my own). The location was quiet and not far from Main Street. There was so much nearby and it was only a 5 minute drive to visit my mother in Bethany Village (a local assisted living facility). I've already told my husband that the next time I visit Honesdale, I want to stay at this retreat again! Hope to see you soon Emily! ~Kathy

If you are visiting The Southern Tier of NY, Diane’s place is where you must stay. This gorgeous loft-style, upscale home is also perfect for parents visiting their kids at Ithaca College or Cornell. It is incredibly spacious, but feels homey too. I was visiting my son for Christmas, and we enjoyed a very special holiday together here. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with Everything!! I actually didn’t even rent a car & walked to shops and restaurants even in December with no problem. The bed is very comfortable, nice large bathtub and modern laundry. Diane is incredibly kind and responds immediately to any requests. Highly Recommend!

I am leaving Missy and Chris’ Airbnb thoroughly impressed. I stayed at the apartment for about a month and Missy and Chris took every opportunity to make me feel safe and comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had every possible accommodation one could need. Missy graciously left local goodies at my door after I spent a weekend out of town. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chenango, whether it’s for a weekend or a month. Missy and Chris are very professional, accommodating and I cannot thank them enough.

Wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Perfect location to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. Host was super accommodating and friendly. So much better than a hotel stay! We will definitely be back!

The apartment was well designed and clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was ideal for traveling throughout the area, very close to downtown and can easily get to some of the more rural areas which is what my intended purpose was. Would certainly recommend to others.

Great apartment close to Main Street and college campuses. House had all the basics needed and the beds and couch were very comfortable. Very clear and easy instructions and Jordyn was responsive with any questions we had, would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to fresh coffee, food. Had all the basic amenities with a few touches that made one feel at home. The couch bed was a little concave but still comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay.

Highly recommend this place. Dave was extremely responsive, informative, and friendly. There is plenty of room, and everything was very clean and tidy. The restaurant beneath the space is not only convenient, but the food was excellent as well. The surrounding area is very scenic, and is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean Comfortable bed felt like home

A beautiful and cozy house! Everything you need for a perfect getaway is here — a spot to grill some meat, sit by the fire, and relax in a warm jacuzzi with a stunning view. The hosts are very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. Inside the house — just wow. 1. The renovation is impressive, very tasteful and stylish, like something you’d see in Europe. 2. Thank you for the shaker — a small but very thoughtful touch. There was even some food in the cupboard, which we appreciated. 3. Plenty of board games and a great selection of movies on discs — definitely a plus. 4. Cold water in the fridge — a small thing, but it makes a difference. 5. A dishwasher — always a bonus. 6. And the bathtub… speechless. It’s so elegant and beautifully designed. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back again.

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Chance was very nice and hospitable. The place was very peaceful and quiet. Pool and hot tub area is very nice, weather wasn’t good so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Took our one year old to Ithaca for a weekend, loved how close to the town the apartment was! The unit had almost all outlets covered when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated! Unwinding in the hot tub after a busy day was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Kayla’s place was super cute and very clean. Bed was comfy with room darkening shades so we could sleep in. Easy communication. Would absolutely stay here again!
