We had a great time at Jai’s place. It was close enough to downtown that we could walk. Coffee/cafe close by. We felt right at home. Because of rainy weather we couldn’t use the outside amenities.

Everything about this rental was above and beyond. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of well thought out space to spread out..The view from the roof deck is beautiful. Perfect place for a glass of wine! All dealings and communications with Sandee were clear and prompt. Great location in a lovely and quiet neighborhood.. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

We love this place. They have thought of everything you will need from life vests and beach toys for the kids to parchment paper to cook with. All you need to bring is your own food and clothing and your set. Great location to walk down to the beach or go over to Marriannes for some ice cream. It is clean and cozy and we can't wait to come back.

It’s a lovely place to stay and gave us the opportunity to both head north and visit Cambria and Morro Bay, as well as to head out to Lopez Lake and Oso Flaco to enjoy birding and nature. There are a number of really wonderful places to eat all along the central coast. We highly recommend Giuseppe‘s in Pismo Beach and Bob’s Well Bread in Los Alamos.

Amazing stay at the Wave house! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location, it was close to everything. Greg was very helpful. This beautiful home was definitely worth it!

House was easy to find with clear instructions on getting inside and locking the door. Liangliang was friendly and responsive during our stay with many great amenities. House was as in the pictures. 5 minutes walk to a park and the store were near by. Highly recommend it.

We have stayed in many Airbnb's and this is one of the best. Great location, large and comfy, spotless--and our hosts were so welcoming and informative. They made us feel very special and shared a lot of great information on the area. You will love this house.

overall good stay! love the amenities of the condo, especially the gym, very good equipments and space. the location of the condo is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants, but as we had a car, this was not an issue at all.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

A friend and I were doing a weekend in Paso and wanted to be central to downtown and this house was the perfect location! Downtown City Park is two blocks away and so are a huge variety of restaurants and shops. This unit is above a business office, but it was the weekend so there was zero noise. Alley access was super convenient and parking was readily available. There was an initial issue with the unit not being cleaned prior to our arrival, but the host was super responsive and had it cleaned while we were out. Our plan was show up, drop off the bags, and then head out so it worked, but there may have been more of an issue if we had planned on settling in upon arrival. The unit was super cute and the perfect size. The floors were solid (no squeaking), the beds were comfortable (with lots of pillows), and it was generally just a very comfortable setting. The complimentary bottle of wine was very sweet and I'll definitely call this my go-to place if I'm ever in Paso again

Sherry was an excellent host and her place was immaculate. . Very clean, peaceful and well supplied. Easy access in and out of unit, close proximity to everyplace we needed to be for business there in SLO. Most importantly, Sherry was an amazing host. She was very responsive, kind and informative about the area when we had questions. She was a top tier host! Thanks so much Sherry!

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was easy, and Corey was responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was the view from the windows, but that was a minor issue overall. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Vince & Emily’s place. Emily was super responsive and very helpful. Super spacious and extremely clean, the condo met all of our needs and made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We will return!
