Very nice stay in one side of Kris and Hal's duplex. This is a great location in Anchorage - walking distance from a nice market/coffee shop, downtown Anchorage with many places to eat and drink, and a short walk to the beautiful coastal trail for walking, biking, skiing. The two of us were very comfortable, felt nicely welcomed by Kris and Hal, and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful apartment with a cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommend this place and location in Anchorage!

This is a little gem tucked away in the middle of Anchorage. We were very comfortable with everything at Raye Ann's place. I will definitely rent there again!

My family met up for the first time in 8 years for mama’s 50th birthday and this place came through. It’s clean, very homey, welcoming with the welcome Jamie & family SIGN, WIFI INFORMATION ETC. There was a little playground in the back of the house kids enjoyed very much. The Boys enjoyed the hot tub and bonfire AS WELL. The space FELT LIKE HOME and mama was very VERY happy. Very clean and easy to navigate. Love a lot of beds available for family sleepover, lots of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Altogether, THE BEST-We will definitely book with them again. THANK YOU.

Our stay was peaceful and we felt safe and at home. Camden provided easy to follow directions, as well as information about the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The area was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return.

Great stay! The house and the view were amazing! The host was very responsive and helpful! I would have liked more clear instructions on the heater! It took a while to figure out ! I would stay again !

Rebekah verry proactive. Had couple minor issues like asked her if there was any printer paper. She went and got some for me. This was a early rental so she and daughter were cleaning winter dead grass and such from the yard. Had a useable garage verry nice. While we were in Anchorage did not want to onload the bed of our truck. Verry responsible for contact always within a hour most within minutes Verry glad we stayed there with her . Will try to stay there again if back in Anchorage Robert

Great place to stay! We visited from NJ to meet our 1st granddaughter and this was the perfect place. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Ryan was quick to respond when the wifi went out and that was our only incident if you’d even call it that. This looks just like the pics! The couch/pull out is so comfy and the tv is amazing for movie night! The kitchen had mostly everything we needed to make meals for the week. The shower pressure was perfect especially after traveling all day and hiking. There are other units in the building but it was very quiet. Highly recommend this spot in Eagle River! Also check out Thunderbird Falls, you won’t be disappointed

By far, the best rental I’ve had with AirBnb. The instructions for check-in were seamless, everything was set and ready to go, there were printed instructions on the counter with everything I needed to know, the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were well furnished and clean. It was exactly the kind of space that I needed after a long trip. A very positive and welcoming environment to stay at. It was obvious that my hosts were very intentional and professional. I’ve already highly recommended it to family for anyone visiting the area.

Jane's place was clean, comfortable, and compact. The hosts next door were lovely and responded quickly to any questions. As noted in the description, there isn't a full kitchen but there is a wonderful grocery store with food-to-go right across the street. I enjoyed my stay and only wish that I'd seen the garden in bloom!

We had a great stay at the Chinook Salmon Suite! We visited in April and had weather ranging from sunny and breezy to 24+ hours of steady light snow. The location is ideal for sightseeing around Anchorage. Note: it's a couple of miles to the nearest grocery, so if you want to cook or just have fresh produce or dairy products, plan accordingly. The apartment was so cozy on our snow day... we turned on the fireplace and worked a puzzle on the big kitchen island! 49th State Brewery is literally next door wirh yummy food and friendly service. Lots of windows provided nice views and natural light. Hosts are friendly and responsive, beds are comfy, breakfast foods, coffee, etc. and plentiful amenities were much appreciated. We recommend this lovely apartment and hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect resting place after a late night flight into Anchorage. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of amenities offered throughout the house which really added to the experience.
